Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California filed a federal civil lawsuit against Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte, alleging that Pulte violated privacy protections while seeking criminal referrals against political figures.
According to the lawsuit, Pulte referred Swalwell to the Department of Justice for alleged mortgage and tax fraud after obtaining records tied to federally backed housing programs.

Fart Boy making a name for himself to appeal to Trump haters.
He probably already knows which judge will win the case for him.
Suspicion of criminal activity is just cause to develop a search warrant. I certainly hope both the documented just cause and the search warrant are court solid.
That guy to Swalwell's right is a former NH politician, who worked at a day care, had pictures of toddlers there, and talked enthusiastically and extremely graphically about doing unspeakable sexual acts with children in his care as young as three years old.
And this is who Swalwell chums around with. That is who he is.
What’s truly shocking is Fart Boy has a legitimate chance to become next governor of California. WTH happened to the one-time ‘Golden State?’
Why is Swallwell not already in prison for colluding with a Chicom spy? For that matter, what about Diane Feinstein? The traitors should face the ultimate penalty. Of that there should be no question.
Sounds like Swalwell’s bank account is about to take a beating?.

Comey and Tish James are certain to sue, and they will win.
I PRAY he has to SPEND A TON OF MONEY FOR LAWYERS!
