A Manhattan-based psychotherapist claims he has received dozens of hate messages, including death threats, since speaking publicly about seeing patients in his practice he describes as experiencing "Trump derangement syndrome."

"What has stood out is the contradiction," he added. "Many of the people who speak the most about empathy, tolerance and inclusion reacted with the least of it. That reversal tells us something about how emotionally charged politics has become."

Blame Trump, even if it's not about Trump (for example parents who oppose child castration).
empathy, tolerance and inclusion are what the left uses to gain access to any institution. But once they are in they close the door to anyone else behind them and have zero empathy, tolerance or seek to include anyone else.
That occurred to me too. These reactions to his statements seem to prove that these people have Trump Derangement syndrome.

Poor excuse for a therapist then. If he couldn’t see that coming. Our oldest is a ‘therapissed’. A ‘tds’ inflamed one. She cut us off from contact 11/6/2024. Made for a calmer Thanksgiving and Christmas for us.
Death threats are common from the new “Norman Rockwell” RAT American posers. From what I hear, most colleges are thinking about starting to set up Assassin Courses and degrees.

That was my reaction as well.
I experienced it first hand while door-door campaigning for Trump last Fall. The most notable example went something like this:

“Hi, I’m < freedomposter >, I’m a neighbor here in < our community >. I’m campaigning for Trump47, we’d like your vote in the next couple of weeks.”
“NO I’M NOT VOTING FOR TRUMP, THAT GUYS IS CRAZY! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!?”

I got him calmed down and beat a hasty retreat from his porch. Still wish I had the encounter recorded.
And yes, by personal experience, #TDS is as real as the day is long. And that is not my only example, just the most notable one.
Its seems his theory passed the test.

If he wanted to be threatened by mentally ill people, he could also have said “”Trans” men are not women.” or “XX does not equal XY.”
