I can see a single op that takes out the leadership.
But that op cannot fail or it would be a moniker around Trump. Casualties would have to be light as well.

I hope we can avoid “substantial” military action in Venezuela. It’s so easy for America to get started in direct combat, which may rapidly turn into what used to be called a Quagmire or a bottomless whirlpool of doom and expense. Naturally, I think of the most recent example, that being Afghanistan. Although, if Venezuela were under heavy threat , they would probably get plenty of support from Russia, perhaps by way of Cuba.
I suspect, if President Trump has not begun direct battle in that country by now, he may not be planning to at all. At least not in the short term. The element of surprise has been somewhat compromised.
