U.S. pushing Ukraine to sign peace deal by Thanksgiving or lose support

The U.S. is sending “signals” that everything could be off the table if Kyiv does not quickly sign a proposal, which was drawn up by special envoy Witkoff.

KYIV — The White House is pressuring Ukraine to sign on to its new peace proposal by Thanksgiving or lose U.S. support in its war with Russia, according to five people familiar with the talks.

U.S. Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll presented Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday with a version of the 28-point plan President Donald Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff recently drafted with Russian envoy Kirill Dmitriev.

That plan, which has been leaked in the news media and confirmed by several officials, included several red lines for Ukraine, including a massive reduction of its army size and ceding territory to Russia that Moscow has not conquered militarily.

Zelensky addressed Ukrainians on Friday and told them the nation is facing “one of the most difficult moments in our history” as the U.S. which has been the country’s biggest ally seeks to force it into a deal that appears to reward Russia for its military aggression.

“Ukraine may face a very tough choice — either the loss of dignity, or the risk of losing a key partner,” Zelensky said.

Although Trump has drawn down direct aid to Ukraine, the U.S. has brokered deals for Ukraine to receive U.S. weapons through European partners and continues to share intelligence that is crucial to Ukraine’s survival on the battlefield.

The U.S. is now sending “signals” that everything could be off the table if Kyiv does not quickly sign a proposal, two officials said, even as Driscoll took a lighter tone in Thursday’s meeting. The two officials, like others quoted in this story, all spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe sensitive diplomatic discussions.

Anyone have a link to all 28 points. The various MSM articles provide at most 5.

It’s all downhill from here, the longer the war lasts the worse things will get for Ukraine.

Another week spent fiddle-farting around with foreign policy, the head camel jockey Price Sawzall from Saudi Saudi Arabia... and he just can’t stop screwing with the Ukraine war. And his Epstein gaslighting op continues as he lectures us how wonderful the economy is.

Will this clown ever get serious about Americans besides his ballroom buddies needs? He keeps bragging about the price of a turkey dinner.
Cool story bro... now tell us about a house, health insurance rates, electric rates about any other normal things out there.

Why are we so desperate for a peace plan? Money, that is the sole reason.

For the last year and a half, the DC/London Axis has been desperate to get a Korean style “frozen conflict”. The minute they get one, we intend to flood Ukraine with NATO “peacekeepers” who will embed in every Uke position, fill their bases with fighter jets, start no-fly patrols and move in every missile we can find.
Then the DC piggies get to feast on the “rebuild Ukraine” project for 5 trillion or so.

Ukrainian terror bombings, assassinations and sabotage operations won’t stop but the Russians cannot hit back without hitting the embedded NATO.

And in return for all that, the Russians will get no sanctions ending, no SWIFT, no return of their gold and currency stolen by western governments, no repair and reopening of Nordstream, nothing.

The Russians won’t accept this deal and don’t have to. There isn’t anything in it for them. We whine plaintively about stopping the killing, but this is only a money deal and nothing else.

That Minsk II deception is paying off in Spades now...isn’t it?
