Ukraine has officially received from the American side a draft plan. We outline the fundamental principles that matter to our people. We agree to work on the plan's provisions in a way that would bring about a just end to the war.
In this context, allow me to make several critical points. 1-First, while Ukraine stands ready to engage in meaningful negotiations to end this war — including at the leaders’ level — our red lines are clear and unwavering. There will never be any recognition, formal or otherwise, of Ukrainian territory temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation as Russian. Our land is not for sale.
Ukraine will not accept any limits on its right to self-defense or on the size and capabilities of our Armed Forces. Nor will we tolerate any infringement on our sovereignty, including our sovereign right to choose the alliances we want to join. Any genuine peace process must respect a fundamental principle: nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine, and nothing about Europe without Europe.
And let me be equally clear: we will not reward the genocidal intent that underpins Russian aggression by undermining our identity, including our language.
2- Second, support for Ukraine is indispensable. Peace requires strengthened security and sustained financial assistance to Ukraine. Reinforcing Ukraine's defense capabilities is not an escalation — it is the only path to compelling Russia to engage constructively in international peace efforts. In this regard, we express profound gratitude to all partners and allies. This support is an investment in the rules-based international order and global peace.
3- Third, the Kremlin regime will not stop unless it is stopped through unyielding and concerted pressure. There is only one realistic path to ending this war: Russia must be compelled to retreat — economically, politically, and militarily.

Sounds like Ukraine will become Russia. Either that or France will go ahead and push this war into WWIII as they have been pushing for all along. Someone needs to reign in the Luciferian Macron soon. Or the USA will pay the price for their belligerent actions. Russia won’t waste time fighting the peon NATO France, they’ll go for the head of NATO and France and the other NATO members know that all too well.

Sounds like The war must end the old fashioned way—Victory for one side, defeat for the other. Maybe Russian T-70s rolling though Kiev, Zelenskyy arrested for War crimes, and Executed by hanging. Ukraine becomes a part of the Russian Federation. It may take a few more years.

It was about 48 hours for the EU to draft his reply and provide it to him.
They clearly believe the corruption scandal can be made to blow over. The US timed this entire thing to coincide with the scandal and the EU knows it. They are working this very minute to persuade the US to let bygones be bygones with regard to that scandal and not let it affect the big checkbook.
Applause for Wytkoff. He’s about the only guy who actually makes progress.

Kaja Kallas, the European Union’s top diplomat, told the U.S. president’s team that their 28-point blueprint for a ceasefire will fail without support from both Kyiv and European governments, which are now the biggest donors to Ukraine’s war effort.
Kallas said no European minister had been involved in devising the Witkoff plan, noting that “we haven’t heard of any concessions on the Russian side.
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha told European ministers at a private meeting in Brussels that it was obvious Russia had dictated the terms of the new proposals. “The bottom line is that any peace plan is not doable if it is based on appeasement of the aggressor,” he said, according to a person directly familiar with his remarks. “This could only bring more war and brutality to Ukraine and all of Europe.”
