A panel of federal judges blocked Texas from using a newly drawn map for the state's congressional districts on Tuesday. "The public perception of this case is that it's about politics. To be sure, politics played a role in drawing the 2025 Map. But it was much more than just politics. Substantial evidence shows that Texas racially gerrymandered the 2025 Map," the ruling states.

The most corrupt people in this country are not politicians, they are judges and thanks to Roberts lack of integrity and backbone, they are running rampant over our country.

I cannot quite put my finger on that portion of the Constitution that allows the federal judiciary to do this................

The use of a referendum gives the CA case more credibility. I don’t like it. But it should stand up in court.

This will be overturned. But in the meantime, fid this judge think this though all the way? If this were to stand (which it won’t). Say this would set president for any state that wants to redistrict any county? I believe Democrats have done that more than Republicans. Maybe they could sue to change them back to the way they were all the way back to 1776. Wouldn’t that be grand?
We found another corrupt Federal judge! Almost a daily occurrence, at this point.
Of course it will, but will it be overturned in time to impact the 2026 Midterms? Texas's Congressional primaries are March 3rd, only 105 days away.
