Thanks for posting this. His brother lives 3 doors down from me. Met him a few months ago, while he was here visiting his brother, also a man of great character.

He was kind enough to sign his book for my sons, and talk to my oldest on FaceTime the day before he started Ranger school.

Interestingly he as a Navy Seal had to also go through Ranger Training and gave my son some tips.

He is a true patriot and a man of honor.

Highly recommend his book “by Honor Bound”

How’d your day go? Still warm or has your cool-down begun yet?

A bit cooler here today with a stiff north breeze. Not too bad out there though.

I DID get a nap.....and I just woke up from a 2nd one a bit ago. I’ve got a giant headache. I might not stay up very late tonight. Might. 🤣

No burn pile burning for a while. The wood’s green. I’ll burn it later on and will probably add more to it over time. Always tree trash after real windy days.
I do have a small pile at the old spot I’ll burn soon.

I’ve had the LH cam up for a while and had to put a flannel shirt on. Looks soooo coooold. The wind has been blowing the snow horizontally. It made some crazy patterns on the lake ice for a while but it’s deep enough now, the patterns are gone.
