Until the time that Barack Obama took office, I had a reasonable amount of faith in the U.S. federal government. I knew that those on the Left in positions of leadership, as well as some on the Right, often concocted narratives for their own ends. The mainstream media decidedly leaned Left, and shaded every story, feature, event, and happening in the U.S. and around the world to their own point of view. Still, it was easy enough to get past what they were claiming.
Maybe Some Good Could Result
With the ascension of Barack Obama and his subsequent election as POTUS, I thought, okay, I’d never vote for him, but here's a Black man from whom some good might come. He can serve as a role model. Black children will have someone to look up to. In general, even if he is a devout Lefty, there could be some benefit for the country.
This was not to happen. When a community organizer is elected, don’t expect much. Obama soon dispelled any notion I had about a national benefit. Obama’s disdain for American history and world history was instantly on display when he removed the bust of Winston Churchill from the Oval Office and shipped it back to England.
Obama’s Department of Justice under Eric Holder was decidedly and painfully corrupt. Obama’s subtle embrace of socialism was on display when he visited Cuba and stood at attention in the public square with murals of Che Guevara and Lenin in the background. In calculated moves, Obama was able to impress Democrats everywhere, but they never want to look behind the curtain at any of their elected officials.
A Plethora of Telltale Signs
Obama's selection of Joe Biden as vice president was more than telling. Biden, never the sharpest tool in the Senate shed, was a proven, lifelong pathological liar and a political hack. He cheated his way so many times, all documented, that he should never have been elected even dog catcher in the smallest town in America. Yet, here he was, as vice president. Today, it is widely established that he used that office to enrich his family while selling out America – long before 2020.
Obama's second term was worse than his first. During this time, the children he had in cages at the border resulted it no consequence as deemed by the Left. Later, those same children, pictured in photos, were used by the fakestream media to claim that this occurred under President Trump in his first term.
Most telling about Obama's undermining of our institutions is the way in which he handed off the presidency. Every other president in U.S. history made for the smoothest transition possible, except for the Clintons, who monkeyed around with the furniture, and the letter ‘W’ on keyboards in the White House. That aside, no one ever engaged in the pre-planned sabotage that Obama inflicted upon the Trump Administration. For that reason alone, Obama should be held in the lowest regard possible.
The Danger Beyond the Immediate
The greatest danger of Obama in the White House was not that he was going to upset the political and economic apple cart, which he did, but that he sent race relations back 50 years and emboldened our enemies globally. Astonishingly, multi-millions of voters abandoned their principles, and common sense if they had any, to elect someone who had spent only two years in the U.S. Senate, and whose main credentials were sketchy at best and horrific at worst.
Plenty of evidence was available that revealed Obama had launched his campaign in the home of William Ayers, a non-repentant domestic terrorist. Plenty of information existed which showed that Obama had sat in the church of Reverend Jeremiah Wright for more than 20 years. Wright, who thoroughly hated America, hated white people, and hated most aspects of our culture.
Much more about Obama was readily available for anyone to see, but too late, like that, he got elected anyway, and then re-elected.
Paving the Way for Socialists and Marxists
Now, 17 years after his first national victory, we are paying the price for having elected a man so deviant and so hateful of Democracy that we must scramble around the clock to restore our nation. Without Obama’s election, Biden’s disastrous administration could not have occurred, Kamala Harris could never have been at the top of the Democrat ticket, and a monster like Zohran Mamdani would have had no significant political future.
One day, when objective historians have the perspective and all the facts to assess Obama appropriately, he will be ranked as the second worst president that we've ever had. Who will be the worst? You guessed it, Obama’s stooge, Joe Biden.

“Fundamental transformation”. Unfortunately, he was more successful than I imagined at the time. Personally, I STILL don’t believe HE did it though, I don’t think he’s that smart. But he cleans up well and puts on a good show. But never forget, the “Patriot Act” was interestingly enough ready to go before 911, this rot started before Barry.
GOP should fund a new party. Call it the “Muslim Party”.

These have built on the failed policies of their predecessor. Wilson kicked it off, fdr accelerated it, lbj took it even further and bammy....well, he was the embodiment of all the above.

The seeds were planted before Obama came on the picture, but yeah, he, along with Biden and Soros have cultivated the mess this country sees itself in now.
There are many things to be critical of Obama but Winston Churchill was the Prime Minister of Great Britain.
I'll prefer American heroes in the Oval Office instead.
