Hopefully from a federal prison, Trump can pardon her.

She should be TAKEN by US Marshals from the Colorado
Prison by force if needed, into witness protection.

The fact that this honorable, Gold Star Mother is in prison for trying to preserve election integrity is a travesty beyond words.

Peters was convicted of state crimes. Trump has no say over that. He was no power to pardon her, or do anything else.

But let me throw this out. Why not quietly attempt prisoner exchange behind the scenes? Trump pardons a federal prisoner of Colorado’s choice. Colorado releases Peters. The reasons don’t matter.

I know, it’s a wacky idea. It’s past my bedtime.

How about the Feds start enforcing federal drug laws in Colorado until she is released?

“Peters was convicted of state crimes. Trump has no say over that. He was no power to pardon her, or do anything else.”

Her civil rights were massively violated in a criminal conspiracy by the corrupt Sec of State and State AG and a homosexual judge.

It is no different than some sheriff in Mississippi in the 1950s arresting and with his KKK friends, railroading someone for registering black voters. They are sitting in a cell on a fraudulent state charge.
The US Attorney general can sure as hell DIRECT the US Marshals to go take Federal custody of the prisoner, who in truth, is a victim AND the prime witness of a massive civil rights violation.

Cops who are a little too rough on a crook are hit with this exact charge.
And he can direct the FBI to get a warrant and kick in the door at 5am and collect the computers, phones, and papers of Jena Griswold, Philip Weiser, and the judge. Trump can appoint a special prosecutor to go after them.
So yes, Trump has massive power over this case.

But “Polis, Weiser, Griswold” and a gay judge? I doubt he will without permission from Adelson. And Blondie sure won’t. Asking permission to move her to a federal prison is
a weak flex.

>>>was convicted of state crimes

Year 2020 was federal elections.

1) Remove Peters into federal custody; witness protection is a good idea.

2) Have the DOJ investigate state laws & proceedures. If there was a conspiracy to violate state laws that affects the federal elections, prosecute all actors (judge included) under federal RICO statutes.

That’s what I think also. RICO written all over this, and that makes Peters a victim and a witness of that criminal conspiracy.

These judges when they talk make it sound so formal, well thought out, legitimate, legal, ethical, consistent...

What a bunch of BS.

The lady got 9 YEARS for basically questioning the elections (that’s what it really is). They just used the unauthorized access to information as a way to slam her. At least that’s how I see it.

9 YEARS, that seems excessive.

Hey judge! How many years should Biden get for his classified documents in the garage?

"She was jailed for preserving evidence from the 2020 elections that she was told to delete, "

LOL

-------

In 2024, Peters was convicted in Colorado's 21st judicial district on felony charges relating to this unauthorized access and was sentenced to nine years in prison. She was also ordered to pay thousands of dollars in fines.[29] She was immediately taken into custody.[30] Peters is the first election official in the U.S. convicted of criminal charges related to efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election predicated on conspiracy theories regarding the legitimacy of Donald Trump's defeat.

Granting unauthorized access to voting machines In May 2021, Peters ordered the surveillance cameras monitoring the voting machines in the clerk's office to be turned off, and that they would be reactivated in advance of the next election in August 2021, according to an email sent by Mesa County Deputy Clerk Belinda Knisley and later cited in evidence by Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold.[31][32] Peters later stated that no law or election rule required security cameras that monitor election equipment to operate continuously; at minimum, they must be on 60 days before an election and 30 days afterward. Mesa County Commissioner Janet Rowland stated that Peters had not turned off the cameras after any of the eight previous elections that Peters had overseen since 2018.[33]

In the days following her order to turn off the surveillance cameras, Peters allowed Conan Hayes, co-founder of the clothing company RVCA and proponent of QAnon conspiracy theories,[34] to access the room where Mesa County's electronic voting machines were stored and to copy sensitive information from those machines.[35] Days later, Peters allowed Hayes to be present for a software update to the voting machines and to record video of the update taking place.[36] Peters' chief aide, former deputy clerk Belinda Knisley, described Hayes as a "mystery man," and said that Peters told her she brought him in to access files from the voting machines because Peters "was afraid the Colorado Secretary of State's office was going to remove them."[37]

During the time Hayes was present, he used a staff access badge for Gerald Wood,[38] and according to Griswold, Peters misled her staff by saying "Wood" was an employee and had been background-checked.[32] Peters later said that she, Bishop, Hayes, and United States Representative Lauren Boebert had dinner together on May 24.[39] Phone records confirmed that Hayes had traveled to the area during the time of the software update. His hotel room was paid for by Sherronna Bishop, then-campaign manager for Boebert.[35]

Publication of stolen voting machine data

In August 2021, Ron Watkins, conspiracy theorist and site administrator of the imageboard website 8kun, published computer files associated with the Mesa County election system, including "forensic images of Mesa County's voting machines along with video of [a software] update and partially blurred passwords" on a Telegram channel.[38][40][33][41] The Gateway Pundit also published passwords, video, and data associated with the Mesa County election system.[38]

Her crime was making a backup copy of the voting machine log file before they could illegally delete it.

The nasty leftist judge berated her, insulted her, and told her she had “white privilege!”

The fagjudge likes tube steak up the poop chute.

That's why he fagged out.

Just another Smirking Chimp Hersey Highway RINO stooge, puppeted by the Democrats.

On August 12, a Mesa County jury found her guilty of three felony counts of attempting to influence a public servant, one felony count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, one misdemeanor count of official misconduct, one misdemeanor count of violation of duty in elections, and one misdemeanor count of failure to comply with the secretary of state. She was acquitted on two felony counts of criminal impersonation and one count of identity theft.

Not impressed.

Same kind of Democrat "justus"system that filed 800 cases against Trump and found him guilty of 32 felonies because his accountants recorded a legal expense as a legal expense.

Oh, I just realized it was you. No sense debating an AI 'bot.

Go ahead and have the last ridiculous word.

And Tx Lizard continues his record of being wrong about almost everything.

Remember when you constantly told everyone that all those Waco bikers were going to prison because you were right about that and anyone who thought otherwise just wasn’t as smart and all knowing as you? How’d that go for you smart guy?

You are not even worth listening to. You are wrong consistently. Some self declared know it all.
