It would not be an exaggeration to say we could see abortion for any reason during all nine months of pregnancy in Pennsylvania if the three state Supreme Court Justices up for retention are re-elected. The vote is November 4th.
Justices Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, and David Wecht have been brazen in their promotion of abortion. Their TV ads gleefully proclaim their support for abortion, even though one would expect judges to be fair and impartial.
As a result, the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation Political Action Committee is urging “No” votes for the 10-year retention of Justices Donohue, Dougherty, and Wecht.
A case working its way through the Pennsylvania courts right now could result in large-scale taxpayer funding of abortion. Abortion advocates are going even further, hoping that the High Court will declare a so-called right to abortion under the Pennsylvania Constitution.
If a right to abortion is declared, all of our protective pro-life laws could vanish. That would mean no more parental consent, informed consent, or 24-hour waiting period for abortion. It would also eliminate our prohibition against abortions after 24 weeks, which would mean allowing abortion throughout pregnancy.
In short, if you want to stop Pennsylvania from becoming another New York, you need to vote “No” on retention for the Supreme Court.

Those judges let Bill Cosby out of prison after his sex offense conviction.
But the GOP put the case in small print on their election flyers saying the judges let a sex offender out without putting “Cosby” in large print it was in the small print.
We have a rediculous Judical Election system here. We should have a Judge up for Election against an opponent every year.
Voting against all 5 tomorrow. Made up a list for the family so everyone has the names & knows to turn the ballot over for the judge questions.
Hoping we also get a change to “R” in our school district (very important — even tho’ my grandkids are homeschooled)

Limpdick Durbin is a Senator with the same conviction on abortion up to and maybe after birth.
All the advertising on TV in Pennsylvania has been for voting yes on retention. It makes you wonder who was paying for those ads (George Soros?).
On the other side, I saw NO advertising about throwing the hack judges out. Those three Rat judges are some of the most fanatical dangerous leftist in modern history. No way should Pennsylvania be stuck with those cretins (especially that filthy evil witch Donohue). /spit
