Russia's foreign ministry denounced on Saturday "excessive military force" by the United States in the Caribbean Sea deployed as part of a drive against drug trafficking and reaffirmed its support for Venezuela's leaders.

"We firmly denounce the use of excessive military force in carrying out actions in anti-drugs operations," foreign ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said in a commentary on her ministry's website.

"Such actions are in violation of both U.S. domestic legislation ... and the norms of international law."

In her comments, Zakharova said Russia "confirms our firm support for the Venezuelan leadership in defending its national sovereignty."

So, it is OK for Venezuela to run drugs to the US and they kill our citizens?

The key phrase here is “ backs Venezuela”. What does that actually mean? Somehow l don’t think Russia is going anything on the line to protect that scumbag.

Well, Premier? Putin did not say this, one of his subordinates did. So there is an out, in any event they should have reviewed the Monroe Doctrine some more, as they evidently did not learn during the Cuban missile crisis.

Seems that IS our business.

POTUS Trump is not interested in what Russia has to say. Certainly Russia does not want to be seen as complicit in the activities of another country which is harming US citizens.

Russia is probably making money off Maduro’s drug pipeline.
Putin is in no position to say a word about the war on Narco-Terrorism.

Drugs do not kill our citizens.
Drugs lets them kill themselves.
Alcohol prohibition did not work in America
as it is contrary to human nature.
Drug prohibition is not working today
for the same reason.

All it does is make scum bags very rich.
Admit it, that in all populations you will
have a percentage that are losers
and not worth the effort to save.
Let them drug themselves to death
as cheaply as possible.
With as little cost to society as
possible.
I am my brothers keeper, but I am not his
Savior.
Legalize drugs. Maximize penalties for
criminal actions resulting from such
use of drugs.
eg. Drunk driver kills somebody, we kill him.
Cocaine high robber, rapist, or attacker disappears
from society forever.

That sort of thing, will get rid of people we don’t need.
Not everybody can be saved, Only God can do that.
and we aren’t God.
