Ukraine is rushing to strengthen its positions in the strategic eastern transport hub of Pokrovsk as about 200 Russian troops have infiltrated the city in small groups, Kyiv's military said on Monday.
The Ukrainian general staff, which made the estimate of enemy forces, reported small arms firefights and the active deployment of drones. The Russian defense ministry said that its assault groups were trying to advance near the train station.
Russia has been aiming to occupy Pokrovsk, a key part of Kyiv's defensive lines, for months, seeing it as a crucial point for its push to fully capture the Donetsk region.
The Ukrainian open-source mapping project Deep State in the past week has reduced the area to the southwest of Pokrovsk that it considers under Ukrainian control, increasing the area "requiring clarification" to around one-fifth of the city.
Russia controls about 75% of the Donetsk region. About 6,600 square kilometers (2,548 square miles) is still under Ukraine's control.

Russia is losing. The war was a major mistake by Putin and his minions. A major mistake.
That’s not where the media is messing up.
Where it is (unfortunately) messing up is not reporting that Ukraine is also hurting. Hurting bad. Hurting worse than Russia. Every demographic crisis Russia is in is significantly worse in Ukraine.
So, it’s not about Russia winning or losing, but rather the fact that BOTH Russia and Ukraine are losing and losing big. Ukraine more than Russia.
Which is why they both need to freeze the war.

Russia has suffered heavy losses in its assault on Pokrovsk. The General Staff reported 1,756 Russian personnel losses and 75 pieces of destroyed equipment in the past 10 days alone.

I did not watch all of the videos all the way thru.
But I watched a little of all of them.
What I got was Ukraine is/has been encircled in this city I can’t spell.
And that it is the EU Countries calling the shots, not Zelensky.

The conduct of wars and the diplomacy traditionally has been to conduct negotiatons while the conflict is on-going. Cease Fires are only a result of deliberate negotiations, usually long term.
Trump demanding a Cease Fire is Western Speak for we are losing.
NATO doctrine is to destory everything, occupy and then leave declaring victory.
Russian doctrine is a slow grinding action where manufacturing and industrial might pervail - as has been reported for several years, Russia products more of everything in month than NATO in 3-4 months.
NATO spent 2015-2022 arming and building up a military infrastructure in Ukraine. Russia has nearly completely dismantled that fortification 4-5x in depth and is breaking thru in numerous places.
Porkrost is important as it is at a side juncture on the map where two last defensive lines are broken to the north. Capture of the city, and destruction of 45 battalions and brigades of the AFU is imminently happening.
Russia yesterday offered identified AFU positions in Kuriance and Prokorsk one hour surrender windows - then they systematically destroy those positoins in a creeping fashion that the AFU units nearby will see. So sad the PR war is more important than the lives of your soldiers.
When the west prevents news from the other side, it is basically saying they have no arguement as to the outcome.
When the collaspe comes, Trump and both American political parties will be seen as having lied for several years.
Trump is doing some good things domestically, but America has lost the Trade War and we will be in a shooting war because of our Trade Policies - they are the pre-cursor to the shooting war we all know is coming.
Ask yourself where is American going to war next. The news has been telling you for years. Funny how we pivot form Europe to Asia, only Trump got tripped up in the Middle East, now S.America on the way out of EUrope and his part in arming Ukraine for 4 years is a lost cause.
That slow grind of pummeling the enemy from afar without sacrificing your own soldiers, contray to Zelinski’s meat grinder destruction of Russian soldiers, it is the AFU that is getting pounded with stand off weapons.
If air power is an indicator, Russian aviation forces are ascendant. Russian Missile Command is yet to unleash any true campaign against Ukraine.
Russia has been managing a literal police action in terms of intensity most of the time.
We are going to witness some actual confrontations of large forces concentrated in the coming weeks as the NATO construction fortifications continue to fall. Once those fortifications are breached, the road across all of Ukraine is at the whims of Russian war planners.
Trump lost HIS WAR. It may have started on Biden’s watch, but Trump oversaw the largest part of the Ukrainian military arms buildup and doubling in size of the AFU - yea this is Trump’s war.
Trump is going find it hard to conceal the truth of this debacle while thumping his chest with the biggest, the most-estes, and Best of everything while the shevles and banks are empty.
Rich Barris, a Pollster was on Steve Bannon’s War Room a couple of days ago.
Barris said his poll shows Americans want Trump to spend more time on the
American Domestic Economy and less time and effort of Foreign Affairs,
such as the Ruzzia/Ukraine War and the Israel/Hamas war etc.
Trump should pay attention to those early warning signs.
