Mental illness can be successfully treated.
What we’re dealing with here is stupidity.

Natural correlation—liberal ideology, secular lack of faith, high rate of mental health issues. They all go together.

“No other state in the country has a higher prevalence of mental illness.”

What else to expect? When Oregon advertises that people can consume almost any illegal drug, why is it surprising that the drug addled crazies would flock to Oregon?

Looks like this also correlates with Oregon’s very liberal marijuana laws. Yes correlation is not causation but its interesting!

Prescription antidepressant medications are "mind-altering" because they are psychotropic, meaning they work by changing brain chemistry to affect mood, perception, and behavior. Examples include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) like Prozac and Zoloft, and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) like Cymbalta. Other classes, such as tricyclic antidepressants and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), also alter brain chemistry, with MAOIs having significant dietary restrictions and drug interactions.
