Prosecutors have charged two children, ages 9 and 10, with attempted murder and rape among other charges after saying a 5-year-old was assaulted in a field in the Cleveland area.
According to NBC affiliate WKYC, it happened on Sept. 13 when Cleveland officers responded to a home where a caller reported she was babysitting a 5-year-old girl, but that the girl had gone missing.
Advertisement A report from WKYC states the 5-year-old was found in a field near the home and was taken to the hospital with bruising and swelling injuries.
The police report states a witness told an officer they saw three juveniles take the girl to the field and attack her.
According to the report, the girl's clothing was found in the field along with other evidence.
According to the prosecutors Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, two children, a 9-year-old girl and 10-year-old boy, have been charged with one count of attempted murder, four counts of rape, two counts of felonious assault, one count of kidnapping and one count of strangulation.
The prosecutor's office says the investigation is ongoing. Both children are expected to appear in juvenile court in the coming weeks, WKYC reported.
Arrest the parents.

I really hate to say it again, but I have no doubt that these are more feral children created by LBJs Great Society welfare programs. After 3+ generations this is what we a left to deal with.
They led the girl (age 5; autistic) to a field acting as her friend. Then they bashed her in the head, ripped out some of her hair, raped her, urinated on her, and left her for dead.

It all depends on the laws of the state, but in most states 9 or 10 year old criminals don’t have to worry about any real punishment no matter how heinous the crime. They might find themselves in ‘juvie’ but in some cases, not even that.
Even releasing their names would be against the law in most states and the victim’s parents would have no right to know the disposition of the case.
Current laws are not equipped to deal with such little monsters.
If you go to Google Maps and check out street view it’s apparently a place certain races should not go.
