Breaking: Federal prosecutors accuse Smartmatic executives of money laundering, bribing election officials

The charges are related to payments the company allegedly made to secure a contract with the Philippine government to help oversee its 2016 presidential election and secure timely payment for its work.

Federal prosecutors on Thursday charged the voting technology firm Smartmatic with money laundering and bribing Philippine election officials with $1 million, according to the Associated Press.

Three former Smartmatic executives, including co-founder Roger Piñate, were previously charged in 2024 but Smartmatic was not named as a defendant at the time.

Federal prosecutors have also accused Piñate of bribing a top Venezuelan election official with a luxury residence in Caracas in exchange for political favors.

Piñate has been charged in a $1 million bribery scheme in the Philippines for allegedly inflating the prices of voting machines and diverting the excess funds into secret accounts used to pay off Philippine election official Juan Andrés Donato Bautista.

It’s gonna get there. The Smartmatic software that was specifically designed by the Venezuelan government under Hugo Chavez to steal elections ended up being sold through Sequoyah to Dominion and used specifically in swing states in the US for the exact same purpose. According to that guy, who saw the evidence collected by a former CIA guy who has a ton of witnesses, the DOJ has all the evidence and is just doing their own interviews now so they can present it as their work when they do the prosecutions. He says this should all come out very soon. Venezuela, China, Cuba, Russia, and Serbia are all directly tied into this conspiracy to steal US elections through Dominion and through the bribery of US officials.

A guy (wish I could remember his name) who did asset recovery for banks which lost money to cartels found massive bribery by the cartels in AZ by buying homes through a fake title company and bank and then paying off the “loans” for the officials who are then promised to have elections stolen by the cartels so the officials get into critical positions where they then will carry out their promises to serve the cartels. If I remember correctly he said that over half of the judges in AZ are bought by the cartels - and the research by this former CIA guy says that the Venezuelan government has been using Venezuela’s massive amounts of oil money as well as the drug cartel money to buy off US officials.

The CIA guy’s sources also say that the Venezuelan government trained “gangs” to be ruthless killers and then sent them into the US to destabilize us (destabilization is the 2nd of 4 steps for communists to overtake a country - it is the step when demoralization is complete and directly and immediately precedes the actual revolution, according to KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov).

So when Trump calls Tren de Aragua “alien enemies” who are subject to the “Alien Enemies Act” he is actually using very precise terminology and he is basing it on the slam-dunk evidence that was gathered by this ex-CIA guy that the DOJ is corroborating right now. There is a very precise reason that Trump is using the Department of War and our military to target the Venezuelan drug runners: that is the source of the money that these communist allies around the world have been using in order to bring about a revolution in the US. This is actual war, and Trump is treating it as just that. And it is just a matter of time until the evidence is brought out showing that these nations have been in an undeclared war against us since at least 2006 - aided and abetted by democrats and bribed officials. Not least among whom are the leaders of CISA which was tasked with making sure election software/systems are secure and which claimed that 2020 was the most secure election in history. During this govt shutdown Trump fired everybody at CISA, IIRC.

And a conservative bought Dominion - my hope is that he was advised of the criminality before he bought it and bought it so that he could cooperate with the DOJ as they work to corroborate all the details given by about 20 of the engineers who are now witnesses describing exactly how they stole elections as ordered. On the surface what we see is the new owner of Dominion saying they are going to make the systems transparent and trustworthy. The good thing is that Dominion was specifically contracted to be used in swing states, which the election theft then turned blue. Places like Colorado, where the government imprisoned a gold-star mother who happened to take the election laws seriously and thus caught Dominion deleting 2020 election records required to be retained.

What we see on the surface is just the bubbles coming up from a much bigger story underneath. The fact that we are seeing these bubbles lets us know that the eruption from below is, indeed, coming. It’s just a matter of time.
