The commie Mamdani, the semi-commie Cuomo, and the only sane one Sliwa debate tonight.

I may not like New York, and I think early voting is not a good idea, but at least in New York early voting starts a week before election day, and they will have a debate before voting begins, as it should be.

In a three-way race, Mamdani will win. And Mamdani is more than just a communist. He’s a radical Muslim communist. You can’t get much worse than that.

Sliwa should put his ego aside, and do the right thing. Drop out now, and throw his support behind Cuomo. I get that Cuomo is trash. But Mamdani… oh my goodness. There’s really no comparison.

“””Sliwa should put his ego aside, and do the right thing. Drop out now,”””

He seems to like the attention so he will let New York City burn instead of dropping out.

Cuomo should be the one to dropout.

yep. I get that in a sane, perfect world, Sliwa is the ideal choice.

but I'm a realist before I'm an optimist. Sliwa lost by 40% to Adams in 2021...he has little to no shot of winning here.

Sliwa is delusional if he thinks he has a chance to win. If he cares about his city he will drop out.

It’s a complicated mess. Sliwa would be the best one for NYC. But Cuomo is polling way ahead of Sliwa.

I’m guessing that if Sliwa drops out, most of his votes would go to Cuomo. But if Cuomo drops out, most of his votes would go to the other Democrat, Mamdani.

This whole thing makes me sick. On 9/11 radical Muslims attacked NYC. And now it looks like the city’s next mayor will be a radical Muslim.

Somebody thinks the election matters; Sliwa says he has been offered millions of dollars from someone to drop out of the race.

I see no possible outcome but victory for Mamdani with cheering crowds ecstatic and near hysteria for him.

In a three way race, it’s just possible that Sliwa could get more votes. I’m praying for that. The other two have got to be a stench in God’s nostrils. But He has allowed monsters to rule many times; I just hope this isn’t one of those times. Man proposes, God disposes.

Only six years after 9/11, the whole country voted for a communist Muslim from Kenya for president, so Mamdani the Commie doesn’t look so unprecedented.

I have as much chance of retiring next December at 72 1/2 as Sliwa does of being the next mayor of NYC. My wife obviously disagrees, but she blissfully ignores our financial situation. LOL, I keep track of the bills with an Excel spreadsheet, while she keeps hers in her head. Guess who runs short ten days before the end of the month?

I love her of course, but the numbers tell me I need to keep working another 3-4 years to make the numbers work. After completing neuropathy treatments, two cataract surgeries, and controlling my diabetes better, I think my chances are better than average. LOL

The polls are all over the place. Here’s a recent one:

Mamdani: 46%
Cuomo: 33%
Sliwa: 15%

I’m as much an optimist as the next person. But as I see it, in a three-way race Sliwa can only win if Mamdani and Cuomo both make huge blunders before election day.

Maybe like saying something so vile that even the mainstream media is repulsed. But how likely is that?
