YouTube ^ | 10/11/2025 | Dr. Steve Turley

Posted on 10/11/2025 9:02:15 PM PDT by Eccl 10:2

The Supreme Court just handed President Trump one of his biggest wins yet that's already serving as the legal nuclear weapon that will obliterate the administrative state. In the decisive 6 to 3 ruling, the justices shattered nearly a century of protection that kept unelected bureaucrats safely beyond presidential reach. Now, what this means is that this isn't just another legal victory. It's basically the death certificate for the deep state's century long strangle hold on American government.

A victory in court in December (Turley here basically believes it is a foregone conclusion) will allow Trump to fire anyone in the Executive Branch for any reason, or for no reason at all.

If Congress wants independence from the executive branch, it needs to create courts, not administrative agencies.

This decision was made today on a Saturday, or is it from yesterday? Trump needs this now, but with a future president, it could become a double edged sword, equally utilized by the Dem/Socialist Party.

By stars, are you telling me that the DEMOCRATS might politicize the federal government. Please tell me that it isn’t true. Please!

I like Steve Turley, but we’re getting pretty generous with calling this speculation “news.”

A victory in court in December

Just where did you and the fake Dr. acquire the ability to travel into the future?

“The Clerk is directed to establish a briefing schedule that will allow the case to be argued in the December 2025 argument session. The stay shall terminate upon the sending down of the judgment of this Court. Justice Kagan, joined by Justice Sotomayor, and Justice Jackson, dissents. (Detached Opinion”

Turley seems to be hyperventilating about a three-week-old decision, from 9/22/25: Trump v. Slaughter.

The pendulum of power swings back and forth by design. Hence we must insure we can defend ourselves tomorrow from the swords we forge today.

“The pendulum of power swings back and forth by design.”

Only because of the flawed two party system and the primary process.

Ranked choice voting would break the strangle hold of the forced two party system. As would a parliamentary style vote of no confidence forcing a new coalition to be formed. Rather than forcing people to choose the lesser of two evils have a slate of choices and the one with the most support wins. Term limits are a must as well, as is mandatory full financial disclosure down to the individual dollar while in office your bank records, stocks, holdings and dealings are public knowledge searchable online by any person or forensic accountant.

If the president is the chief executive and he can hire people, he also must be able to fire them as well. Its higher than republican or democrat, its a constitutional powers issue.
