Reducing co2 means reducing gasses plants require to flourish and grow.
Liberal progressives are doing this everywhere around the world. Placing thermometers on hot asphalt pavement, black tar roofs, and near exterior AC units whereas in the past they were placed in open grassy fields. According to Al Gore, most coastal cities should be under water since 2005. But not happening, even now.
