WAY. IN. HELL. do I give up my guns, no matter what law they pass.
The second amendment does not give me a right to firearms, it recognizes my pre-existing god-given right as a human being to have effective means of self-defense.

Dershowitz may support abortion and be against the second amendment but he supports our Constitution. He would argue in court against abortion and for guns if he thought they were a constitutional right. Just like he has represented very unpopular or hated people because in this country they have a right to have representation. He has received a lot of grief from the left for his honesty.
Its safe only from one perspective. If a fire breaks out you’re trapped, not safe. If no one feeds you, you die, not safe.
