MADISON — The citizenship status of all Wisconsin voters must be verified before the next statewide election in February, a Waukesha County judge has ordered.
The ruling from Waukesha County Circuit Judge Michael Maxwell requires the Wisconsin Elections Commission to review the state's voter rolls over the next five months to determine whether anyone who is not a U.S. citizen is registered to vote.Maxwell also ordered election officials to verify citizenship of any new registrants. The ruling requires state election officials to verify citizenship by matching voter registration information to state Department of Transportation files or other state records, but did not outline how officials would verify citizenship for voters who do not have a driver's license, for example.

Soon to probably be overturned by the liberal controlled Wisconsin Supreme Court (now liberal controlled as conservatives napped and stayed at home allowing them to take over). We can’t “disenfranchise” the electorate by making sure those on the voter rolls are actually eligible to vote, you know...

This is why the rats put so much into stealing the Wi SC. Now comes the payoff. They will toss this ruling

And if/when they do, every American citizen in Wisconsin should declare: “I attest that I have paid all of my Wisconsin taxes and you are no longer allowed to verify that I have or do.”
Is there an ongoing case for this? Judges cannot just “order” things to be done as they please. I know there has to be but the article didn’t specify...that which wasn’t blocked by paywall.

I would guess that 75% of the LEGALLY REGISTERED VOTERS in Wisconsin have a REAL ID where they submitted a birth certificate or passport to get a REAL ID with a gold star.
Thus it should be no big deal for Wisconsin to clear the other 25% of registered voters to prove the person is a citizen or not.

And we have learned not to just roll over, either. We can appeal this to a higher court. The Supreme Court if necessary.
