The Supreme Court on Monday said it would not hear the appeal of Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted of sex trafficking related to the sexual abuse of underage girls by Jeffrey Epstein.

This is a grave injustice. We have been repeatedly told that Epstein matter is a “hoax” yet Ghislaine Maxwell remains incarcerated. /s
Sobering statistic. The majority of teen age girls in this country are or have been sexually active. It's given to kids as young as 9 years old.
oops - the HPV vaccine is given to kids as young as 9 years old.
She was procuring underage girls for Epstein. There’s little valid doubt of that. And she deserves to remain in prison for that.
What a shock!
On its face, this looks like a really bad legal decision by the Supreme Court.
Epstein - like thousands of other Pedos - was a legal expert on the issue of sex with under age girls.
Epstein was NEVER convicted of the sexual abuse of under age girls.
Instead, Epstein pleaded guilty to one count of soliciting, with just one under age prostitute, one time.
The fact that the young woman may have lied about her age did NOT absolve Epstein from an under age criminal charge.
However, the crime of having sex with an under age prostitute, who may have lied about her age, is much, much, less serious than the crime of trafficking under age females.
Trafficking involves coercion or threats.
First, Epstein always asked each girl if she was 18.
If the girl said no, he would not have sex with her.
Second, Epstein also paid each girl, each time, the commercial rate for sex at a Massage Parlor, although the crimes took place in his own Palm Beach home.
As far as I know, Ghislaine Maxwell never testified at her trafficking trials, and she never made any statements to, or answered any questions from, Police or FBI.
If Ghislaine Maxwell now stated that she asked every girl if they were 18 years old, and now stated that she told every girl they would be paid the commercial prostitute rate, Ghislaine can probably get released from prison for time already served.
