Progressives’ whacky speech is a symptom of the disease.
Remember when Vanilla Ice punctuated statements with “Word to your birthing person”?
No?
Okay, well, yes, his catchphrase sounded slightly catchier thirty-five years ago. But it’s 2025, and people use more words (to say less) than they did in the early 1990s.
Back then, resident assistants with diplomas in sensitivity training monitored speech in academic enclaves. (At Cornell, they surveilled facial reactions to gay pornography, a test that did not, thankfully, catch on.) They graduated and took their experiments to scale.
Anthony Comstock and Carrie A. Nation doppelgangers increasingly wielded more power. Then their enthusiasm for policing speech bred resentment that found ballot-box expression in Donald Trump. Never in the history of the United States had the casting of a ballot for a candidate created so much catharsis. That catharsis was not so much for Trump as it was against everyone who had called the Trump voter racist, sexist, and transphobic.
It turns out that Americans like the “free exercise” part of the First Amendment and despise scolds who put words in, or take them from, their mouths. Democrats, at least the smart ones, now confront this bad habit of grown-up hall monitors who disproportionately register to vote as members of their party.
The group Third Way released a memorandum late this summer to “All Who Wish to Stop Donald Trump and MAGA” titled “Was It Something I Said?”. It overflows with what Democrats lack: common sense.
“For a party that spends billions of dollars trying to find the perfect language to connect to voters,” the memo begins, “Democrats and their allies use an awful lot of words and phrases no ordinary person would ever dream of saying.”
The unsolicited advice concedes that such words, which were intended to “broaden,...”

Ya think?
These alt-pronouns crack me up. There are two genders and two pronouns. “Frog” is not a pronoun.
The Demonicrats speak a language that is well understood. It is a language of lies, perversion, murder, and treason.
The democrats only want US citizens so they can take their money nothing else
Perhaps we can adapt their woke-speak to better describe their insanity
How about labeling Antifa, Transtifa "Alt-humans"
Trump destroys reporterette about using the National Guard:
“Fake news when you say that, darling, fake news, that’s fake news Department of Defense. Be quiet, listen, you don’t listen, you never listen. That’s why you’re second-rate. We’re not going to war, we going to clean up our cities, we’re going to clean them up so they don’t kill 5 people every weekend. That’s not war, that’s common sense.”

Sexes: two with very rare exceptions; male and female—that’s it. Pretend all you want, it’s a free country, just don’t think you can force me to pretend with you.
The thing to remember about leftists is that they simply view language as another battleground to be fought on to achieve their ideological goals.
Their appropriation of language, their deliberate mauling of language, and their wielding of language as a weapon are, and have been well understood for decades.
George Orwell understood how they used language quite well.
And the left also fights in the same battle space with symbols. Those too are to be appropriated, mangled, and twisted to suit their needs.
They do it to keep people off balance and unable to communicate. But it really only works if you play their game.

We keep thinking of Democrats as the political party they used to be. Except for the temporary Old Guard of money-stealers it is now more of a political/religious group similar to Islam. No questioning of any of their precepts is allowed, and all their rules apply to and must be followed by everyone.
They are using their lofty positions to build a new Tower of Babel, but it apparently is making only them unable to communicate with each other.

That is a valid explanation in my opinion.

Interesting! Why should a language choose to not differentiate between "masculine" and "feminine," but then differentiate between "common" and "neutral?!"
Regards,
“Why should a language choose to not differentiate between “masculine” and “feminine,”...
There were radical elements in the party back in the '60s but they did not quite take over the party.
Then they moderated somewhat in the '70s and '80s under Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.
Now the Communists (they call themselves "Progressives") have taken over the party.
A lot of Leftist language is meant to obscure. What is “Critical Race Theory?” Lots of people have had critical things to say about race, from Farrakhan to David Duke. Which of those philosophers are included? DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) is really a way to inequitably exclude people by race and sex. If they had to speak in regular English, their goals would be revealed.
