A federal grand jury has returned a two-count indictment charging three women – two from Southern California and one from Colorado – with following a United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent home, livestreaming their pursuit and then posting the victim’s home address on Instagram, the Justice Department announced.
The grand jury charged following defendants with one count of conspiracy and one count of publicly disclosing the personal information of a federal agent:
Cynthia Raygoza, 37, of Riverside; Ashleigh Brown, 38, of Aurora, Colorado; and Sandra Carmona Samane, 25, of Panaroma City.
Brown and Samane have been arrested on federal criminal complaints. Brown, who also is charged in a separate case with assault on a federal officer, is in federal custody without bond. Samane is free on $5,000 bond. Their arraignments are scheduled for September 30 and October 9, respectively. Law enforcement is continuing its search for Raygoza.
“Our brave federal agents put their lives on the line every day to keep our nation safe,” said Acting United States Attorney Bill Essayli. “The conduct of these defendants are deeply offensive to law enforcement officers and their families. If you threaten, dox, or harm in any manner one of our agents or employees, you will face prosecution and prison time.”
Court documents say that on August 28, 2025, the defendants followed the victim – an ICE agent – from the Civic Center in downtown Los Angeles to his personal residence. The defendants livestreamed on their Instagram accounts their pursuit of the victim and provided directions as they followed the victim home, encouraging their viewers to share the livestream. Their Instagram accounts used to livestream the event were “ice_out_of_la,” “defendmesoamericanculture,” and “corn_maiden_design.”
Upon arriving at the victim’s personal residence, the defendants shouted to bystanders while livestreaming on Instagram that their “neighbor is ICE,” “la migra lives here,” and “ICE lives on your street and you should know.”
The defendants publicly disclosed on Instagram the victim’s home address and told viewers, “Come on down.”
An indictment contains allegations that a defendant has committed a crime.
If convicted, the defendants would face a statutory maximum sentence of five years in federal prison for each count.
Homeland Security Investigations is investigating this case.
Assistant United States Attorneys Thi Hoang Ho and Neil P. Thakor of the General Crimes Section are prosecuting this case.
The charges follow a man shooting up an ICE facility in Dallas earlier this week. He killed two detainees and critically injured another before killing himself, according to law enforcement.
President Donald Trump sent troops to Portland, Oregon to secure ICE facilities from antifa attacks, he announced today.
Attorney General Pam Bondi threatened jail time to anyone who assaults in ICE officer.
"Under President Trump’s leadership, there is ZERO TOLERANCE for political violence and domestic terrorism. I am deploying federal agents to @ICEgov
facilities around the country. If you so much as touch one of our federal officers, you will go to prison."
Good!
did they find the 3rd vile lefty?
I feel so bad for the ICE agent. His address has been spread all over the net. No matter what happens with these hags, they may have to move. This is so messed up. I hope these three get the maximum sentence. MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF THEM.
And yet, when the government wants to put video cameras everywhere, we’re told that there is no expectation of privacy when out it public. Likewise, for example, when the government insist that we must pay them for the privilege of attaching unique numbers to our cars ... and then government agents drive around with cameras scanning every number-plate in every parking lot ... we’re told that there’s no expectation of privacy.
Unless you’re a member of the nobility.
Doing to the government what the government does to us is unacceptable to the government.
Funny how it works that way.
Just what did these moronic harpies think was going to happen? Did they think they’d be given a ticker tape parade? Did they think no one would figure out who they were? Do they actually think most of the country WANTS illegals here? Were they marking the agent for someone even loonier than they are to murder him? The max sentence seems too lenient. Add another 5 years for felony stupidity.
one count of publicly disclosing the personal information of a federal agent:
= = =
Just a question:
If the agent is revealed as a male, say, is that public disclosing of personal information?
May it continue!
That all is true, BUT the govt doesn’t show/post/live stream your home address and tell evil, crazy people to come on down and join in harassing you at your home.
Cynthia Raygoza, 37, of Riverside; Ashleigh Brown, 38, of Aurora, Colorado; and Sandra Carmona Samane, 25, of Panaroma City.
Dey is stoopid. When deys get out on bail, deys go firebomb ICE Cube's tour bus, and a bunch of the potable ICE holding boxes at dey's local gas stations.
Barbara Billingsley, of blessed memory, couldn’t have said it better.
I speak jive. 😉😂😂
The evil, crazy people who track you down after you went to a politically incorrect protest near the Capitol are government employees. They don’t just harass you at your home. They invade your home, kidnap you, and hold you hostage for years ...
I was at one of the DC Chapter Walter Reed rallies a few years back (to support the troops and counter protest the Code Pinkos who had vicious signs like “Enlist here to die for Halliburton” and such.)
You get the idea.
I took up station right outside the gate, and we had taken all the parking spaces up the street...perhaps 50-100 yards up the street the Code Pinkos were out (they got pushed up the street because they stupidly let their protest permit lapse, and Freeper Trooprally snapped it right up when he renewed his permit.)
Typical Leftist inefficiency.
Anyway, as I was standing there, I noticed a woman walking slowly down the sidewalk towards us, stopping occasionally. She was older, thin, and somewhat unhealthy looking, and was walking a bit like a zombie.

I was concerned...she looked like she was completely disoriented...she was wearing pink running shorts and a t-shirt, had long scraggly hair, and I was going to go over and ask her if she needed help, and mentioned her to one of the DC Chapter folks who looked at her and just said “Don’t bother. It’s one of the Code Pinkos.”
I looked back at her again, then said to that Freeper with me: “I think there is something wrong with her. Look at her she just stops, doesn’t move, then starts shuffling again...what is she doing?”
He said “She is taking pictures of our license plates so they can post them on their website. They somehow think they are outing us for rallying here to support the troops.”
Hehehehe...I just remembered the “Burma Shave” type signs we put on top of our cars, and one of them began ripping the signs off the cars and throwing them over the fence onto the Walter Reed property!
Freeper Kristinn called the DC Police, and they came down and admonished them, informing them if there was any more of that kind of thing they would get arrested.

Scum. Every last one of them.
So...this case gets two Federal prosecutors, but Comey gets only one, relatively untried neophyte prosecutor?
Seems a bit out of kilter, IMO...
Almost like Bondi intends to lose the Comey case...
I remember the time the Pinkos complained to police that Kristinn or somebody else on our side was smoking! Outside in the air! Such loons.
By the way, my distinct impression was that it was ConcretBob who took the initiative to go to the police and get the permit. Trooprally may have tagged along, but there was even a thread about it.
Nevertheless, thanks for the trip down memory lane!
LOL, I could definitely have gotten that wrong, it could very well have been ConcreteBob!
Yes...loons, all of them. Moonbats.
