Justice Department officials are racing to obtain criminal charges this week against former Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey, according to people familiar with the matter
The US Justice Department is also pushing ahead with its investigation of New York Attorney General Letitia James over mortgage fraud.
Clips of Joy Reid and Letitia James whining about James facing the music soon is such a delight to watch.
Also clips of Comey lying under oath before congress under questioning by Ted Cruz..
Should be an interesting week and coming months.

I am actually mildly sympathetic to the Congress critters claiming Va or Maryland as their primary residence. They actually pretty much do love there full time and their kids go to school there. I think Schiff has a very small condo in Ca but a large house where his family lives in Va. I would suspect this would truly be a “both sides” case that really does not seem like a prosecutable criminal case. HOWEVER, Letisha James is the AG of New York. She does not work everyday ir love in DC. This seems like a slam dunk case. The argument that the loan was never in default and banks got paid back doesn’t really flyngive that was the case with the case she brought against Trump. As for Comey…he has admitted to leaking classified information, has been caught in multiple proven lies nad was the most despicable FBI director ever. I find it funny that because of COVID he did a deposition via zoom from his home in Va so they can bring the case in Va (a state with a Republican governor and a 55/45 electorate) rather than 99% dem DC (Trump barely broke 20,000 votes in DC in 2024). My only question os will CNN be there at 5am to watch the swat team hit Comey’s house like what they did to Roger Stone?

As for Letitia James...she brought a lawsuit against Trump on a loan Trump had paid back in FULL with interest; which Deutsche Bank Bank the lender was fully happy with, on the grounds Mar A Largo was worth only $18 Million!
After campaigning on bringing a case against Trump before seeing any papers.
James belongs in jail!
