Washington Secretary of State Steve Hobbs has no intention of complying with a U.S. Department of Justice request for information from the state’s voter registration list.

The DOJ says it intends to use the information to look for voter ineligibility.
“The information the DOJ is requesting is protected under RCW 29A.08.710 and not subject to disclosure,” SOS Director of External Affairs Charlie Boisner emailed The Center Square on Thursday. “Washington voters expect and trust us to protect their personal information, and releasing it without clear legal justification would undermine that trust.”
In May, the DOJ began sending requests to several states for copies of voter registration databases. The department cited authority under the National Voter Registration Act and the Help America Vote Act.

If there was ever a real forensic accounting of the 2016 vote, I sincerely doubt that Billary won the popular vote. Between Kalifornia, Washington, New York, etc, millions of fraudulent, illegal ballots.

It seems to me, if a voter is participating in a federal election, it is necessary for the FedGov to confirm the voter is eligible under federal law.

Washington is also a sanctuary state where it's against the law to ask for citizenship status and illegals can register to vote when they get a driver's license.
I live here, voter fraud has been prevalent since we went to all mail-in ballots and Democrats keep on winning.
Blinking won’t have anything to do with it. The DOJ will pick an appropriate judge, and get an immediate order for the Dims to release the files in 24 hours. The law is pretty clear on this. If the Dims refuse the court order, then I can see seizures and detentions in their future.
