Turn-out in Virginia governor's race looking good for Sears
X ^ | September 21, 2025 | Michelle Maxwell

Breaking news out of Virginia, and it’s the kind of news that should make every Republican’s heart race with pride!

The numbers are in, and they are stunning: conservative, Republican-leaning counties are shattering expectations in early voting, leaving Democrat strongholds in the dust.

In Dinwiddie County, turnout is soaring to a jaw-dropping 82%.

Goochland is not far behind at 72%.

Hanover—rock solid conservative territory—is holding strong at 62%.

These aren’t just numbers on a page.

They are proof of a movement, proof of energy, and proof that the Republican grassroots is more alive and determined than ever.

Now let’s look at the other side.

Democrat-heavy regions, the very places the Left always counts on to deliver them big margins, are lagging embarrassingly behind.

Norfolk City is sitting at just 43%.

Charlottesville is at 42%.

And in some areas the numbers are cratering as low as 31%.

That’s not momentum—that’s apathy.

That’s a warning siren for Democrats, and a victory march for Republicans.

And what’s driving this surge?

Many are pointing to the powerful inspiration of Charlie Kirk.

Even after his tragic loss, his message is echoing in towns, counties, and communities across Virginia and America.

Kirk’s legacy of bold faith, unapologetic conservatism, and relentless dedication to mobilizing young people is firing up voters in ways that pundits never thought possible.

He told people to get off the sidelines, and guess what?

They listened.

This isn’t just about numbers—it’s about energy, direction, and spirit.

Every ballot cast in Dinwiddie, Goochland, and Hanover is a reminder that Republicans are not retreating, we’re advancing.

The Left can host all the rallies they want, plaster slogans on buildings, and push media narratives, but at the end of the day, it comes down to voters showing up.

And in Virginia, Republicans are showing up in force.

Momentum is real, and it’s ours.

Democrats know it too—that’s why they’re nervous, why they’re already scrambling to explain away their weak turnout.

But no spin can cover the truth: Republican America is wide awake.

Virginia is proving it.

And Charlie Kirk’s spirit is fueling it.

We’re not just voting.

We’re building a movement that refuses to back down, refuses to be silenced, and refuses to hand our country over to apathy and decline.

This surge is the beginning of something bigger, and Virginia is showing the nation exactly what happens when Republicans unite, rise up, and make their voices heard.

Now is the moment.

If you live in Virginia, get out and vote.

Bring your neighbors, your family, your friends… make sure every single conservative voice is heard.

Turn this momentum into a landslide that cannot be ignored.

Virginia is leading the charge, and the rest of America must follow.

We owe it to Charlie.

We owe it to our country.

And we owe it to the generations yet to come.

Goochland?

When I was in high school I worked at a place where a neighbor girl also worked. A new guy started working there. I had met him, she hadn’t, but she had heard about him. On the school bus (we were Seniors) she asked me about him. I told her “His name is Gooch”. She said “He sounds greasy.” A couple of years later I went to their wedding.

Election of a black woman as Governor will somehow be spun as a repudiation of CK’s racism.

Thanks for this! It is very good news. I sent her a few hundred, I hope it helped.

I’m in SW Central Va and will be voting Monday.

I’m cyncial enough to think it just means the democraps know how many fake votes they need to cheat a win, but it is what is.

Great! Only seeing this from inside enemy territory, Fairfax County, so it doesn’t seem good for Sears but Spazburger is advertising a lot here so maybe the Dems see some trouble.

Spamburger .... Northam in a blond wig.

I hope the early voting trend continues - the DemonRats have a way of cheating themselves into a win ... it’s happened with Spamburger before.

I’ll expect Abigail Spanberger to win because her support in NoVa remains robust and she’s “one of them” (former CIA employee).

The problem is Loudon county and the one next to it overwhelm all those districts.

“Jaw dropping” Dinwiddle and Goochland are tiny pissant (though heavily Republican) counties which get outvoted by just a few precincts in the larger Rat areas. Hanover is slightly more relevant.

Rats don’t NEED 80% turnout in NOVA, Tidewater area, Richmond (and most suburbs) and they won’t get that figure. I doubt that Deep State Abby is in a panic over supposedly high turnout in a couple of counties that don’t even cast 1% of the total statewide vote.

The outcome of this election is likely to mimic the outcome of the 2024 Senate race in VA where Cao was supposedly SOOOO close (if you ignore all polls).... before losing by 10. A few good folks will be motivated by recent events. But enough to make up a sizable deficit in a state we’d like to think is “purple” instead of reliably commie? We’ll see.

I pray Sears wins, but I also saw a poll yesterday showing Spanberger up by 12, with other polls showing her ahead by 7-9 points. I fear the dims will take all 3 of the top Va offices, as well as keep control of the General Assembly. The NoVa influence is that strong.

Let us pray.

And let them pay for the murders they encourage and commit.
Peacefully, of course.

Saw Spanberger for the first time yesterday. Whoa she sounded, looked and acted dramatically crazy! I was shocked.
