Kirk frequently referenced this idea when speaking to young people, encouraging them to live a life of courage. He explained his interpretation of the quote as, "Courage is doing the right thing when you don't know how it's going to work out".

Ive loved watching him on YTube with the students dissembling thr kids and guiding them thru their statements so that they could see their mental errors in thinking.
Many of the kids have walked away being presented eith alternate snswers that Charlie gave & perhaps not quite satisfied but there were many who took his advisement and he NEVER disrespected the kids.
I would think ALL those kids from ALL the universities that he spoke would get together and turn up at his funeral
