Teresa Stokes, the last judge to release Decarlos Brown Jr. (a homeless, violent schizophrenic with a lengthy criminal rap sheet) earlier this year, is a woman of many hats. Not only is she an activist judge who makes decisions based on a progressive perspective of criminality, uses her gavel to mete out “reparative” and “equitable” justice—as evidenced by the no-cash bail release for a perp like Decarlos in January—but she’s also apparently the Director of Operations for a mental health and addiction clinic in her very own community.
🚨 NEW: Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes, who RELEASED 14-time criminal DeCarlos Brown Jr., is also the "Director of Operations" at Second Chance Services, a mental health and addiction clinic in Charlotte, NC.
DOES THIS JUDGE RELEASE VIOLENT CRIMINALS INTO HER TREATMENT CENTER TO GET PAID BY A GOVT CONTRACT?INVESTIGATE THIS RACKET!

Teresa Stokes needs to be investigated.
Did Decarlos Brown Jr. ever spend time in Second Chances?
Has Stokes ever ordered a defendant to complete therapy at Second Chances?
How much of the clientele is at Second Chances because they’re court-mandated to be there?
How much money is Second Chances making off of taxpayers?
These are questions to which I’d like an answer.
Now, Stokes is reportedly just one of at least several judges who decided Decarlos Brown Jr. was entitled to roam free, despite at least fourteen arrests and a number of violent convictions, and I can only deduce it’s because of his skin color. Where else can an individual with such a criminal record get out on no-cash bail and “written promises” to appear at future court dates?
I’m wondering if these judges perhaps need a refresher on what corruption has meant in the past.

Stokes has that innocent young woman’s blood on her hands.
All because of her greed and wokeism.
R.I.P., Iryna. You deserved better.
And like I asked on another article thread the other day about the same thing, I’d like to know how much grant and taxpayer money she got for that clinic. NY City Mayor deBlasio gave his wife Chirlane almost a billion dollars for a mental health project that barely existed, and the money has never been accounted for.
shouldnt that be 14th chance
more money in that
On the way to joining me in my cynical hatred of the judicial system, please pause long enough to read this:
“Judicial immunity is a legal doctrine granting judges, and sometimes other officials, protection from lawsuits when they perform their official duties.”
“This absolute immunity aims to prevent judges from being influenced by the fear of being sued for their decisions, ensuring the independent and impartial administration of justice.”
RE: NY City Mayor deBlasio gave his wife Chirlane almost a billion dollars for a mental health project that barely existed, and the money has never been accounted for.
Thankfully, I live in a red county in central NY State. Elise Stefanik is my Congressional Rep.
I think people rate their happiness higher the farther they get from NYC. Mamdani’s going to make that more pronounced.
Well said.

The fall of North Carolina...
I’d just about bet that he hit on her trying to get in her pants and killed her cause she turned him down.
No evidence, nothing except my own gut feeling.
Ghettopottami allegiance is solely to tribal members
She should be charged with accessory to murder.
Yeah, I saw that Law and Order episode too. ;-)
Pattern Recognition
Lining one’s pockets isn’t “performing official duties.” I understand that the FBI is now investigating what happened. I certainly hope that one of the things they investigate is every other convicted criminal that this woman released, to see whether she had some kind of a financial interest involved. I would also like to see some kind of a correlation study as to what percentage of black convicted criminals were released by her, as opposed to White or Hispanic convicted criminals. Just out of curiosity.
In my opinion, this woman thought that she was at such a low level that nobody would ever investigate her doing what she did. If she did have a financial interest that twisted her decision-making process, she should not only be removed from her position and disbarred, she should be put in prison for a very long time. There might also be a case for her having violating the rights of this young murder victim, under color of authority under Title 42, Section 1983 of the US Code.
So, attack the “impartiality” condition. If decisions were biased, there is no impartiality. Sue her. She has to prove impartiality, this is not like “presumed innocent”.
Good points.
Whatever it takes.
