The Chief Bee Whisperer, a leftist UCLA ‘rabbi’ who kicked a pro-Israel Jewish woman, the lecturer behind ‘an Introduction to Islam for Jews’ and a rabbi who claimed Hamas is ready for ‘peaceful coexistence’ signed a letter attacking Israel’s campaign against Hamas after Oct 7.
The ‘open letter’, billed as a “Jewish Orthodox response” and a “call for moral clarity” against Israel has been written up by anti-Israel outlets like the New York Times is mostly made up of anti-Israel activists and leftists, appeasers and the completely deluded.
“In my assessment it is possible to make peace with Hamas,” Rabbi Michael Melchior, the fourth signatory (his sons Jair and Joav are also signatories) had argued, claiming that the Muslim Brotherhood was open to co-existing with Israel but “that of course has never been reported here, because it doesn’t fit into our picture of Islam” and insisted that Hamas had “always kept their parts of the agreements”.

American Jews are leftists first. I used to say Jews second. But that is no longer true. The minuscule number who are US Patriots and Jewish and not in the entertainment industry are now disregarded by me because even they do not call out their fellow Jews.

Ethnically, yes. Maybe they grew up eating matzo. But if they have no interest, and perhaps actual antipathy toward Judaism, they just aren’t Jews.

I’m a Jew and in my opinion, the Jewish leftists are the ones Hitler wanted exterminated. The rest of us, (my family included) were collateral damage. And at this point in our history, Jewish leftists in NYC are about to make a decision which will change NYC and our country forever. Either they have no clue what they are about to do, or they do know and believe they are immune from what is going to happen.
I have no sympathy.
Hitler didn’t care, to the Nazis, a Jew was a Jew, even ones who converted to other religions.
I think many Jewish people in the early days only thought Hitler was talking about the “bad Jews”, and not them. They were wrong.
A close friend of mine is Jewish. He has not been a religious Jew for most of his life.
He has always been very supportive, with time and money, of the Second Amendment. He has been a very successful writer and businessman.
Now, at retirement, he is attending a Jewish discussion group and has become convinced of the existence of God.
He is not Orthodox, by any means, but he is becoming God fearing.
I have known my friend for over 35 years. He is also a President Trump supporter. He is a brilliant man. He has supported the restoration of the Second Amendment as much as I have.
