I thought I heard that the āno tax on tipsā only works for cash transactions. If you tip via credit card, the server still has to report it and it is taxable.

My Sked C work is in entertainment. I get tipped infrequently. I build into my quote what I expect to get.

Not that they paid taxes on all their tips. Unfortunately, those who learned a skill and became salaried employees have to pay on all their wages as well as make up the difference for the cheats and whiners. But nothing is new with that.
