As part of the investigation, NABU is probing concerns that Fire Point inflated either the value of its components or the number of drones it delivers to the military, or both, according to the sources, who include current and former government officials and industry representatives, all of whom agreed to speak on condition of anonymity to discuss the investigation and company details."

Just a guess, but maybe Russia is telling the truth that they destroyed the production facilities in Ukraine. They would never prosecute a Ukrainian Project entity for anything. However, once the entity is nonexistant, they can and will go after those who handled the money.
Zelinski should be smelling the coffee right about now, as he see’s what happens when the “enter-prize” no longer exists but the bagmen are still alive to re-claim funds.

The Ukraine s**thole has depended on donor nation sponsorship since it’s (very recent) founding in 1991. First from Russia then the west once NATO meddled its way in.
