I am concerned when it is tracking you going to a gun store out of state, or buying insulin or going to a church or a rally or whatever - full surveillance state with info controlled by often foreign corporations, selling your info to the highest bidder/ nanny-ist government.

Trump’s not in it to just “purchase a little temporary safety”. You know it and I know it.

I would think that given the scale and scope of ICE’s mission and its worthiness, citizens would understand and appreciate their efforts.

I can’t even buy a quart of milk without being photo’d and entered into their database several times.
But they should be careful before buckling to the Left, as it would REALLY SUCK (for them) if Trump imposed privacy regulations preventing their operation.

Perhaps, but I do not require “long-term safety” either. All of this surveillance and data gathering is and will be used against the regular citizenry to suppress and control us. It always is and sold to us under the guise of “safety” or “use to catch bad people” etc... Mark my words, once this type of processes are in place they never go away and used maliciously. They already watch us too much.

I don't have a problem with that as long as you're speaking for yourself, and it appears as though you are. To change the world like this won't happen overnight. What we're seeing here now is going to make a difference in the long term. I look at it as an investment in the prevention of a permanent fundamental transformation of the United States. 100 years from now, Americans should be able to appreciate how Trump changed the world for the better.

Most citizens do. Dem leaders at the state and local level are another thing altogether.
