WASHINGTON, August 27. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump has urged to hold American financier George Soros and his son liable under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) for their support of protests "and much more, all throughout the United States of America."
"George Soros, and his wonderful Radical Left son, should be charged with RICO because of their support of Violent Protests, and much more, all throughout the United States of America," the US leader wrote on the Truth Social network.
"We’re not going to allow these lunatics to rip apart America any more," he added. "Soros, and his group of psychopaths, have caused great damage to our Country! That includes his Crazy, West Coast friends. Be careful, we’re watching you!" Trump concluded.
The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a 1970 US federal law designed to prosecute organized criminal activity by targeting patterns of racketeering, not just individual crimes. It allows for prosecution and civil lawsuits against individuals involved in a criminal enterprise and carries penalties including lengthy prison sentences and asset forfeiture.
He urges this to happen? Does he know he’s the president and can direct the DOJ to pursue criminal charges in this case? Hell, he would legally be allowed to conduct the investigation and prosecution personally.

I agree the statement is a bit odd. Unless he’s urging state or city governments to pursue charges. They are, after all, the obvious harmed entities who have “standing.” The article, like most articles, leaves much to be desired. Like what is really going on.

I have often wondered why this war criminal has never been prosecuted for aiding and helping the Nazis round up Jews in Hungary during WW2. Why hasn’t his citizenship been revoked at the least???

Did you ever hear the term “town crier”? That’s what Trump is doing here. He’s stating what is already coming. Bet your bottom dollar that Bondi/Patel etc. are already gathering and preparing evidence and will in short order be announcing actions to be taken against Soros & Co. Trump speaks and strikes fear onto the perps, and then action will follow. Trump does this all the time. You haven’t figured this out?
Soros could also be watched over in a covert operation, do a snatch-and-grab in some other country in Europe then take him to one of the ones who would love to incarcerate him and worse-like Hungary, or even Russia. And our hands would be mostly clean-then maybe seize his US assets, like it is done to drug lords...
