Prior to her judicial service, Dugan served as president of the Milwaukee Bar Association, as an executive director for Catholic Charities USA in south-east Wisconsin, and she worked with several legal aid organizations.

Excellent! Judges aren’t super-citizens, any more than police or other government officials (elected or appointed) are. If an ordinary citizen can be arrested and convicted of aiding and abetting a criminal, then so can a judge.

Well duh! Why should a judge have immunity for breaking the law? You can be sure she would be first in line to sentence a citizen to jail time for doing the same thing. In this case, no one not even a judge is above the law.
