I am massively excited to announce that triple-amputee Air Force veteran Brian Kolfage has been freed from prison. He is back in his home state of Florida. Brian arrived in Florida by plane on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
Having headed up the movement to get Brian freed on compassionate release, and a pardon from President Trump, I knew Brian would be freed on this date for about a month, but he told me we couldn’t say anything because leftists would try to screw up his release. It was a tough secret to keep I’ll tell you that.

Amen!
Tina Peters, next!!
Good news I think. If I recall he was convicted of siphoning funds from the donations. What was the truth with that?
imho, zero.
(gotta try to keep those bank accounts separate though. even if you’re a small business guy like us.) any excuse is good enough for the deep state.
He pled guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering and wire fraud, etc.
So I sympathize with any vet, particularly a wounded vet. And I sympathized with his efforts to build the wall. But was he guilty and why? Those charges don’t specify but if he wasn’t guilty, why plea?
A plea deal extorted under threat of a much harsher prosecution in front of a leftist New York jury.
Weren't they trying to indict Bannon as well, who also participated in the Build the Wall campaign?
In addition to the prison terms, KOLFAGE was sentenced to three years of supervised release and ordered to forfeit $17,872,106 and pay restitution in the amount of $2,877,414. BADOLATO was sentenced to three years of supervised release and ordered to forfeit $1,414,368 and pay restitution in the amount of $1,414,368. Judge Torres also separately ordered forfeiture of $1,376,597.39 of funds held by We Build the Wall and real property located in Sunland Park, New Mexico, on which We Build the Wall had constructed a portion of a wall.

Then, where did he get his $20 million?
Marvelous
Excellent news! Welcome home, sir!
NEW YORK — Steve Bannon pleaded guilty on Tuesday to defrauding donors to a private effort to build a wall on the U.S. southern border, ending a case the conservative strategist decried as a “political persecution.”

Welcome Home Brian,
.
Long strange trip it’s been.
Yes.
“ A plea deal extorted under threat of a much harsher prosecution in front of a leftist New York jury.”
Very similar to most of the J6 plea deals. So many people who walked through already open doors to the Capitol , kept between the velvet tourist ropes, taking pictures walking through the rotunda and then walked out another door were having their lives totally messed up and were threatened with long jail terms. Every person who was involved with pressuring these plea deals should go to jail themselves.
The guy’s in a wheel chair. The things he was reported spending money on were mostly useless to him. I always had the feeling it was his wife who was high rolling. And he pled to keep her out of it. Just my own heavy thinking but we’ll see now if she is still with him.?
Not even close to J6’rs. He took money. A lot of money after saying he wouldn’t.
He was pardoned by Trump for the bogus Federal charges, but in 2022 Bannon was then charged by the state of NY and forced to get a "conditional discharge."
A good example of how having both state and Federal charges for the same nexus of events really is double jeopardy.
