It wasn’t just Tucker Carlson and Steve Bannon, Bongino and Kash were some of the most vocal about it. Your source, Tablet magazine is a Jewish source and it’s hardly surprising that they wouldn’t want the files released because it’s almost certain that Israel’s intelligence agencies were involved in this considering the players (Epstein, Wexner, Maxwell, ect) were all huge Zionists.
Whitney Webb is primarily a writer of fiction books-also an anti-Trupmp journalist who is into conspiracy theories-but this CIA/Mossad/FBI/Organized crime, pres Trump, etc, etc. seems too far out there even for her...

If Bondi had kept her big mouth shut on Epstein people like Carlson and Bannon would have nothing to discuss on the topic.

Whitney Webb is non partisan as well as being one of the most highly respected journalists out there. She backs up all of her claims with mountains of evidence, footnotes and references. She’s certainly not a kook and anyone who thinks she is, is likely a kook themselves. Maybe you just can’t handle the truth.
I actually don’t mind Trump stalling this because I want him to accomplish as much as he can before we probably lose in the midterms. But eventually this stuff is coming out because too many people are demanding it.
Her articles are not non-partisan-and she is not well known as a journalist. I deal in the truth, liked or not it is part of my job, and no matter how loudly a client howls when they get busted for lying/scamming, they are not getting any comp-but the insurance carrier will allow me to refer them for psychotherapy to address their issues...
There are plenty of more credible conspiracy theories out there than the one you are selling...

I’m a big fan of Trump and definitely don’t have an anti-Trump agenda. I just live in reality unlike some on here.
Occam’s Razor-the most plausible solution is the simplest one-that conspiracy theory is a bright shiny object the dems want you to chase. The simple answer is there is no “there’ there-and more important issues at hand deserve our attention-they are just not as exciting...
Actually the simplest take is if there’s nothing there why won’t he release the files then? Nobody is asking for the names of the victims. There’s obviously something there and Americans on both the left and the right want to see it. Actually the most vocal of those demanding to see it are MAGA people.
Many folks here seem to have taken the following positions:
—It is all a Democratic plot. Move on.
—The files are fake. Move on.
—The files are real but there is nothing important in them. Move on.
—It is a secret trap to catch the Democrats. But—move on anyway.
Anyone who does not agree with all of these views at the same time is stupid and an idiot.

I can easily see this becoming an issue during the midterm elections if not before. Those politicians wanting to keep the files secret will be at a disadvantage.
That is my view as well—but it is usually greeted with hostility around here—along with a barrel-full of conspiracy theories.
Surely you know here are many more ways to ID one of those women than names-there is other info that is specific to each witness in those testimony files. There is nothing of a cover-up about that-no judge wants to be lawfared into oblivion and removed/disbarred when some scandal site plasters a victim’s info and photos all over the internet-or worse, gets her doxxed, fired from her job, threatened, or even harmed. That is the business those sites are in-just look at the number of folks even at FR that go to them to just see the dirt.
There is no way in hell to keep that info secret if those files are given to DOJ or anyone else. It doesn’t matter how many people are jonesin for a scandal when the livelihood and life of an innocent person is the possible cost of giving them their bread and circuses-they will just have to get their thrill some other way...
