When a man competes against a woman in a sport where strength and power are factors it’s no longer sport, just unfair bullying that satisfies no one except the bully.

The entire point of men’s and women’s sports being divided into separate categories is based on this universally understood reality.

Even in scripted Pro Wrestling the one ‘transgender’ I know of who competes against women is almost always forced to job out and take the loss - because no one wants to see that bullying even in a “suspension of disbelief” entertainment venue.

If it doesn’t fly in pretend competition it surely doesn’t in the real world.

My state enacted what they call a human rights amendment. It prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, sex, gender, and gender identity. All these are placed at the same level in the law. I contend if the law stands, it would make separate women’s and men’s teams illegal. (Could you have separate white and black teams????) If that is so, ironically the gender dysphoria issue is solved, because schools can only have one team for each sport and everyone can compete for that one team.

The recent UK Supreme Court decision (much to my surprise) put an end to all such litigation in the realm, by finding that there are two sexes, males and females, that their natures are immutable, and that any legislation which refers to “man or men” means persons with XY karyotype and that any legislation which refers to “woman or women” means persons with XX karyotype.

Even though one of our USSC justices is not a biologist and does not know what a woman is, the other eight do, and therefore the Court can and should end this farce in the USA as well.
