Penguin Random House editor shared post mocking murdered exec Wesley LePatner

A top editor at Penguin Random House allegedly mocked the murder of Blackstone executive Wesley LePatner in a bizarre Instagram post which blamed her for the housing crisis and ending with “rest in piss.”

Thomas Gebremedhin, vice president and executive editor at Doubleday Books, shared the vile Instagram story highlighting an X post about Monday’s mass shooting at 345 Park Ave., where LePatner, 46, was gunned down while trying to shield herself behind a marble pillar.

“Her sole job was making sure housing is expensive and that we all rent for the rest of our lives,” read the original post portraying LePatner — a Jewish mom of two — as the face of unaffordable housing.

“She made $9,000 a minute … Rest in piss.”

Social media users were quick to point out that LePatner did not earn “$9,000 a minute,” ***.

In a statement to The Post, Gebremedhin apologized.

“I sincerely apologize for reposting a tweet that attempted to justify the killing of a Blackstone executive — I shared it without fully reading the caption, which was deeply irresponsible. I take full accountability for the harm caused and have no desire to contribute to a culture already overwhelmed with rage and noise,” he wrote. ***

He’s the one who wrote that hateful eulogy?
He’s a very sick and cowardly person, one in dire need of psychoanalysis and appropriate medication.
Why hasn’t he been fired yet? Vile and petty.

I’ll bet he’d do The Beast With Two Backs with Benedict Obama in a New York minute.

The true face of the radical left wing media. They do want us imprisoned or preferably dead. We have seen this over and over again since 1917 which was the Russian revolution. Marxism kills.

He is one of those people who cling to their Masks, not for fear of Covid, but in order to hide his face as he throws stones at the dead.

During the Covid fakery I went to the supermarkets and the only people noticeably not wearing masks were black and a few white people and me. After the Covid fakery white people mostly shed their masks and the black people started wearing them. I believe that there are black people who wear masks to disguise their identities for potentially committing crimes and that most other black people wear masks in solidarity with the ones that wear them to disguise themselves. Of course most of the Asian people wear masks even when alone in their cars.

Interesting theory. But, yes, many Chinese and Japanese had already been wearing masks in their native countries, long before COVID. Mostly to avoid breathing in the smog, others just somewhat uptight about cleanliness.

Maybe he is, maybe he isn’t.
Since Trump Part 2 has begun, several highly influential Liberal organizations have been forced to revise or eliminate their DEI and Race Equity policies.
Maybe this Golden Calf/ Token is not as indispensable as he likes to think he is.
