No mention of the boy having a father in his life.

This mother looks more like Antifa than a "white supremecist."

I understand the 2nd Amendment and that the government itself has gone bonkers...so it’s not like they’re any more trustworthy to “safeguard” weaponry.

HOWEVER, I do wonder what the founders would have thought re: gun laws, had they realized just HOW far gone spiritually and mentally future generations would be...and how lethal the weaponry.

They would have written in even stronger prohibitions against the government controlling who had weapons.

People need to be able to defend themselves.

They realized that.

Apparently you do not?

You prefer the innocent to be helpless?

When did that ever end well?

With freedom comes responsibility, not sure if the founders would have believed today’s America is capable of either.

Children are the most helpless of all, it’s such a gamble just to send them to school these days.

Prosecute the mother along with him. The kid was only 13 I’m sure her influence had a lot to do with it.

The first generation of Americans could never imagine that we would have allowed the types of immigration that has happened since the 1840s.

Would the founders have looked at Wounded Knee, Ruby Ridge, or Waco, and decided it was a good idea to keep the most lethal of weapons in the hands of government?

I’ve been to more “authoritarian” countries with heavy security presence everywhere from subways to the mall...I did feel SAFER day to day, but I understand it comes with a moral cost...Freedom is the cost.

Liberty or Death indeed. sigh.

Are you somehow under the delusion that the country prior was populated by people who embodied all the virtues? If so you are sadly uneducated.

Children are the most helpless of all, it’s such a gamble just to send them to school these days.

Oh good grief.

No it is not. Kids are safer today then they were through out most of human history. Now I admit they would be safer yet if the teachers and older students were armed like they used to be in the past.

You may have FELT safer but you were not.

Heavily armed security is only good when they are yours. And they were not. You did not matter one little bit to them.

Liberty or Death indeed. sigh.

You are welcome to give up your liberty to go live someplace else. Bye.

You may feel safer until the “authorities” decide to turn their weapons on you as has happened in the past.

There were duels, skirmishes with the native Americans, brutality of slavery...violence isn’t a new thing...

but the derangement...psychiatric epidemics..the conscience numbing technologies and trappings, the gender dysphoria...eek...
