Russia’s summer offensive is turning into an escalating crisis for Ukraine

Across eastern Ukraine, Russia’s tiny gains are adding up. It is capitalizing on a series of small advances and throwing significant resources into an emerging summer offensive, one that risks reshaping control over the front lines.

Over four days reporting in the villages behind Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk – two of the most embattled Ukrainian towns in Donetsk region – CNN witnessed the swift change in control of territory. Russian drones were able to penetrate deep into areas Kyiv’s forces once relied upon as oases of calm, and troops struggled to find the personnel and resources to halt a persistent enemy advance.

The Russian momentum comes as US President Donald Trump radically shortened his deadline for Russian President Vladimir Putin to make peace from 50 to up to 12 days. Trump expressed said he was ”very disappointed” in Putin and suggested the Kremlin head had already decided not to entertain the ceasefire the US and its European allies have demanded for months.

It looks like the neocons have gotten into Trump’s ear.

Tiny gains add up. Zelensky needs to start his own Summer Offensive v.8.
Get out of his defensive positions, attack Ruzzia and take his land back.

In what world would Putin entertain a ceasefire? He's winning.

It's time for the Z-Man to come to the loser's table do what he needs to do to spare what's left of a generation of young Ukrainian men.

Putin is not interested in "negotiating". He demands the complete capitulation of the government in Kyiv.

The occupation is not going to be pretty. The Ukrainians know they can't give up.

Reports that Kiev is getting pretty hard tonight:

▪️ At least five separate impact sites have been reported in Solomianskyi alone, with ongoing explosions across the capital.

▪️ One of the strikes reportedly hit the Igor Sikorsky Kiev Polytechnic Institute.

Any time the Western Media accurately reports just how horrific things are for the Neocons running the Ukraine War, one should always ask WHY? Why did the Western Media suddenly decide to report accurately?

While they will never give us the answer, I suspect two things might be at work.

1. Germany is about to start shooting missiles into Moscow
2. They are pushing Trump to go to Congress for MORE MONEY.

The first one may have been negated for the time being due to the rumor that Russia eliminated most of the German military officers sent to Ukraine. So probably the second.

A “ceasefire” is just a timeout for the loser side to rest, rearm and train.

“Why did the Western Media suddenly decide to report accurately?”

To start the narrative about how Trump lost Ukraine?

Some American president was going to be tagged with this. They are delighted it’s going to be Trump.

Yep, Trump walked RIGHT INTO IT. Tulsi was there with him, he should have listened to her.

US President FDR and British Prime Minister Churchill demanded (and got) the unconditional surrender of Germany and Japan.

There’s a lot of land to grow potatoes in Russia.

The crop is probably coming in about now.

Why would Zelensky and the Ukrainians surrender to Putin?

I believe FDR died in April 1945 and Germany surrendered in May, but FDR set the unconditional surrender policy.

“Why would Zelensky and the Ukrainians surrender to Putin?”

It would be unreasonable for them to do so at this time as I don’t think Putin wants to lose 200,000 more men to get all of Ukraine, but a ceasefire will not be acceptable to Russia as the US military industrial complex will enable Ukraine smash Russia’s military if given enough time (~two years).

Neither side is getting an offer it will bite on, so the war continues.

Will it continue on to Odessa?
