Choice of Alaska cruises. One can choose to embark/disembark in Seattle or Vancouver. Better to avoid customs. Might miss a flight.

Called inflation...hasn’t gotten better..

Trump is getting it under control. But we need to see wage growth and it'll take a while for that to happen.

If we're lucky, maybe by 2028, we'll be back to where we were in 2020 before covid.

Statistics Canada Thursday shows a 10.4 per cent decline in U.S. resident trips by automobile in June — a steeper drop than what was registered the month before.

June is important as that is when the Canadian Grand Prix takes place and a lot of people in the northeast drive to Montreal for the race...

It’s not just Canadians who are holding back on cross-border travel amid...

I know...it’s been great. One comes up to the border in either direction and there are no cars ahead of you. I’ve easily doubled up on the number of trips that I would normally take....

The person we would go to Canada to see is now living in the US.

It is nice to have the family closer together.

I agree with the story. A couple years ago going to the local Walmart one would wonder if they were in ND or Manitoba. Now not so much, there are still occasional Manitoba plates, but just a fraction of what it used to be.

The Walmart is about 15 miles south of Manitoba line.

Get rid of bogus Prime Minister Carney. He is a flaming DAVOS idiot who preaches to Canadians about “Carbon Neutral Oil.”
And his non-conciliatory attitude to President Trump after 70 years of preventive Canadian tariffs to US goods, while enjoying 0% tariffs from the USA on exported Canadian goods,
is turning Canada inti a 3rd world clountry. Welcome to Zimbabwe North, where the Tin Pot dictatorial liberal party of Canada rules through draconian censorship of political speech on line while finding the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation liberal propaganda machine to the tune of 100 millions each year.

Canadians want to open their markets to US goods because such competition would be good for the consumers of Canada, while the political elites and their monopolistic business/donors who pay for the protection of the liberal party, keep Canadas economy protected from the World economy, making Canada a backward country.

Tyhis trade war and false, smug Canadina Nationalism was created by Carney. And now Canada has to live with it and so now hate Carney with a passion.Carney needs to go, and it cannot be soon enough.
