While those metals don’t get sucked into the magnet like iron does, the MRI also uses changing magnetic fields to do the scan, and changing fields can induce currents in conductors - this is how an induction cooktop works. Want your necklace to fry your neck?

Usually the metal is non-ferromagnetic which means it is fine. Also there are low power and high power machines.

However if you have steel in your body a MRI is generally out.

I can’t mri because of steel in my leg. It would either pull out or heat up. I have no intention of ever finding out which might happen.
