Have no idea but the oldest was only 13 and the majority of them were under age five.

They had at least one nanny and were able to pay surrogates so they are not hard up.

Additional children do not get you additional benefits. There is a cap and 22 is way, way, way over the cap.

So they have something else going on or she is the baby version of a crazy cat lady.

Depends on the state and the program. Blue stares have tended to remove the 90’s era caps.

There in cap on the number of children. There is a cap on the total dollar amount. Once you hit maximun, additional kids won’t increase it.
