The NEA is Bernie-bot central.
Public servant employees in a Union, is insane. Like having a strike at the base where they are building a new attack sub. The same should be true for school employees. In WA state, they just make a law that Teachers get unemployment if they are on strike, along with other state employees. Of course, nobody has ever just told the Teachers to pound sand when they go on strike. They NEVER miss a paycheck, and what happens is the days missed in school are made up within the year somehow. They even now call half days, full days. Teachers also have in service days, that count towards the school year, but kids are not at school. It IS NUTZ.
