Likely Dems leaking to the NYT’s to get ahead of the story
I don't think anyone should get their hopes up over this.
There is only one night mentioned in the article, and it is stated in the article that Biden was part of the discussions about the pardons.
The pardons were issued after the meeting had ended, but nowhere in the linked article is it suggested that they were issued without Biden's knowledge.
In the taped transcript of the meeting...Biden mumbled something about pudding but the staff thought he meant pardons.

I knew Biden was SFB (S—t for Brains) during the the election when he defeated Trump via vote fraud 4 years ago. He was hidden from public scrutiny by his team as they knew he was very mentally compromised. He had SFB syndrome also called Alzheimer or Organic Brain Syndrome.
His wife is an evil person in the extreme. She used and abused her husband for power and influence. Joe Biden was a bad guy for many years when just another left wing liberal activist. I really doubt few major decisions during his presidency where his decisions.
