Lod Mayor Yair Revivo launched a scathing accusation against the State of Israel on Sunday morning, claiming it is "encouraging the elimination of Arab Israelis."
Speaking to Kan Reshet Bet, Revivo addressed the spiraling violence within the Arab sector following the murder of Nadia Khinawi, who was shot dead in her home on Saturday night. "Someone entered the house at 9 p.m., walked into the living room, and shot two women in the head," he recounted. "They had no connection to any conflict, other than a shared family name."
Revivo described what he sees as a “collapse of every moral boundary” in Arab society, stating, “Every Arab Israeli is either a potential murderer or a potential murder victim. This is happening under the auspices of the state—it is enabling it.”
He further asserted that Arab society, particularly the Bedouin community, is acting out what he called a “mentality of blood feuds,” warning that the number of victims is likely to rise in the coming years.
“The State of Israel is encouraging the elimination of Arab Israelis,” he said. “The state is tired of living with so many Arabs.”

My wife mentioned just yesterday that “liberals never want to hold anyone accountable”.
Of course she meant hold them accountable for their own actions. They are great at blaming those who try to keep society together.

There is no better place for an Arab in the Middle East to live than Israel, as long as they are not a terrorist or a terrorist sympathizer, if anything, the only people they have to fear are other Arabs.
And old ‘70s movies that portray outlaws as the good guys and “society” as the bad guys who drive the poor outlaws to a life of crime. Bedouins’ blood feuds pre-date Mohammed, but somehow the Israeli government is at fault.

Arab Christians are sometimes mixing it up with other Arab Christians, too. I hear it outside my window at times, shouting matches in the middle of the night. So far, no bloodshed or gun shot, but it sounds like a distinct possibility.
The #1 most motivated guy I’ve met in 7 weeks inside the IDF was an Arab Christian dude named Najib. That guy was totally on fire.
He was running a key operation on a supply base that was saving the IDF around $250,000 per week, with about one other full time employee and six of us volunteers.
So I asked him in a public setting, “Why are you so motivated?”
His answer, “There is no better place for an Arab Christian than Israel. I can raise my family here better than anywhere else.”
Israeli Arab Christians get it completely. Nitzy.
Even Muslim ones do well.
For those who don’t know, this in Lod is not something new. Here is an outbreak in 2021:

But with your average Yusef cab driver, there is a split. Some are clearly getting along just fine, and are happy to have the fare, show you a good time, and converse friendly.
Then there was the driver who took one look at my boonie hat on my knee with the General’s Israeli Flag Patch (we traded), and picked up my hat off of my knee and turned it over. All on a street on which every balcony and lamp post had a flag flying.
Their livelihood depends on being friendly and getting tips. Aside from that, the very Arabs who are screaming bloody murder at night are all smiles and helpfulness to us by day.
Yeah, there are lots of layers of Israeli society that a mere visitor will never pick up on.

So last week I was rolling into Nimes, France on a bike with my wife. As regularly happens, the route from our favored countryside into the medium sized city goes straight through the arab muslim ghetto. No Frenchies in sight for about 15 minutes.
At a red light where the lead driver was pulled as far forward as safety and law would allow, the driver behind who wanted him to pull way into the intersection so he could make a free right hand turn was honking and screaming at him until the light eventually changed. I accurately pointed out to my wife, “F***ing Arab!”
“There is no better place for an Arab Christian than Israel.”
Where’s that safe zone Trump promised?
