The US government recently announced the formal closure of the Epstein case, stating there was no client list, despite widespread public speculation and pressure to disclose the names of those involved with the convicted sex offender.
In a startling revelation in the Jeffrey Epstein case, Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz has alleged that key documents are being deliberately hidden to protect influential individuals. Speaking on The Sean Spicer Show, Dershowitz claimed he has firsthand knowledge of the suppression and the names involved but is legally bound from disclosing them.
“I know for a fact [Epstein] documents are being suppressed and they’re being suppressed to protect individuals,” Dershowitz said. “I know the names of the individuals, I know why they’re being suppressed. I know who’s suppressing them.”
When Spicer asked whether the individuals were politicians or business leaders, Dershowitz replied, “Both. Everything.”

Epstein, who died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial, was at the center of a vast sex trafficking ring involving underage girls.
The revelation by Dershowitz, himself previously accused in Epstein-related lawsuits (which he denies), has reignited suspicions that high-profile individuals may be shielded from accountability.
One such figure, Prince Andrew, has reportedly relaxed his self-imposed travel ban now that the case is officially closed. The Duke of York, previously accused by Virginia Giuffre of sexual abuse when she was a minor trafficked by Epstein, had remained largely within the UK since the scandal erupted.
“He has been abroad once since the scandal erupted,” a source told The Sun. “He always felt he’d be looking over his shoulder. Hopefully, with this out of the way, he can at least leave the country.”
In 2022, Giuffre reached a confidential settlement with Prince Andrew. Though he denied all allegations and wrongdoing, the image of the prince with Giuffre circulated widely. Giuffre was found dead by suicide earlier this year, further deepening the mystery surrounding the case.

And as much as it might be in many people's interest for it not to get out, it may be in some people's interest to get it out.
It will be really interesting if Bongino ends up resigning and then tells people “Yeah, we have the names. Just not going to tell you.”
I am sure Bongino had to sign non-disclosure agreements as part of his duties.
We’re entering the next phase of this script. Will be interesting to watch it play out.
Put Dershowitz on the rack, stretch him a bit and he will sing!

Vince Foster, Seth Rich, also suicide and murder. There was no Hunter Biden laptop. The 2020 election was squeaky clean. George Floyd was a saint. So was Treyvon. Michael Brown, a gentle giant who had his hands up.
Russian collusion was real. The NSA never spied on Americans private correspondence. Joe Biden is as sharp as a tack.....
This is ridiculous. A while back they were saying there was no videotape. Then one surfaces, edited. And a flight manifest was posted in different places not too very long ago showing the passengers on the “Lolita Express”.
They really should be giving us all kisses, if they keep pulling our peters like this.
Dershowitz doesn’t ask the deeper question of who Epstein’s handlers were. An operation of that scale had to have substantial financial support. The source of Epstein’s wealth hasn’t been fully explained.
politics aside, Dershovitz has been quite honest and forthright — and he’s critiqued several leftwing politicians for their various transgressions.......
I believe him that he’s somehow gotten the records
because he is also very smart and knows that he will have to share, reveal the contents now that he’s let it be known he has them
OK Alan, so tell us whose on the damn list..by the way I dont believe there is an actual client list, Epstein didnt sit around and write down the names of all his associates on a piece of paper..but in those docs are names of people who went to that Island
Justice has never been equitably distributed. The rich and the powerful have ALWAYS gotten away with whatever they wanted.
This will not change.
We are just more aware of it now.
Dershowitz probably got the evidence against him in this lawsuit and did his own digging through his sources.

Why doesn’t Dershowitz say he knows what happened to Jimmy Hoffa while he’s at it? Adding of course, but he can’t tell.

And that’s throws shade on lots of people who don’t deserve it. Everyone is now a suspect.
That's civil. Also, aren't their laws that one can violate NDAs that deal with these kind of crimes? After it's public, would they really sue him?
Apparently Dersh knows who is on the list because he represented Epstein in a Florida case years ago but has a NDA agreement in the case so he cannot talk about it
The prosecutor in that case was Pam Bondi so she must have also had access to that list some years ago,

and that he’s probably prepared to do it since he could have just kept quiet and nobody would bother him (the effort being to get the bureaucrappy to release the info....)

She needs to be eased out of the AG job to a job where all she has to do is stand around and look hot.
Dersh says he can’t release the names because of a non-disclosure agreement that a judge made him sign? Fine. Go to the judge who made him sign it and have him explain why, and why he can’t release Dersh from it.
What a judge can do is impose a gag order. But I'm not sure a judge can impose an open-ended, lifetime gag order. In that case it would be criminal, not civil, but I imagine even that has limits.

Everyone involved in this Epstein investigation is saying something different. Sometimes I think that’s being done on purpose.
