A mob waved foreign flags as it tried to block the enforcement of the nation’s popular laws at a pot-growing farm in rural California.
The foreign affiliations of the mobs’ flags were spotlighted by Stephen Miller, top aide to President Donald Trump, and by the chief spokesperson at the Department of Homeland Security.
The foreign affiliation is important because it helps Trump unlock the deportation powers granted by the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.
Trump has cited the Alien Enemies Act in his immigration enforcement, but Democratic-appointed judges are blocking such actions until the U.S. Supreme Court makes a decision. Lower-court judges say the law is invalid because a foreign government has not formally invaded the United States with an official army.
But the flag-waving mob of foreign nationals fits with the law’s application to a “predatory incursion… by any foreign nation.”

Damn straight it does. In his role as commander in chief with ultimate responsibility for the sovereignty and security of US, it’s appropriate to ignore the insurgent judges interfering with President Trump executing his office!
This fight is over the census and resulting electoral votes and house seats. California stands to lose a lot if all of the illegals are deported, which means the end of Dem power at the federal level.
Arrest and deport every one of them.

Just wondering, in 1861 were Confederate judges issuing nationwide injunctions to prevent President Lincoln from preserving the Union and enforcing federal law against the southern states that were in open rebellion? And if they had, would Lincoln have obeyed them? Or ignored them?
When a mob attacked the Massachusetts volunteers marching through Baltimore to DC in 1861 and killed six, the mayor of Baltimore met with Lincoln to tell him he could not guarantee the safety of additional federal troops and that further attacks were likely. Lincoln responded, “Then I shall burn Baltimore to the ground”. The attacks stopped, the rebs went to the federal courts which issued injunctions, all of which Lincoln ignored.
Thanks, that’s the kind of action I’m hoping to see now from President Trump.
Wave Mexican flags while breaking American law🤔 should make it easy to figure out who to arrest.
