The Democrat party has just taken a huge step. For the first time, it has openly embraced not merely hard-left socialism, but the bloody and evil antisemitism of its radical Islamist allies.
The hard left—whether you denominate them socialists, communists, or progressives—are determined to destroy traditional Western Civilization and the Judaeo-Christian religions that are its foundation. Then they would rule over the ruins.
This has been true ever since socialism and state-mandated atheism were birthed in 1792, in the crucible of the French Revolution. It has been true since Karl Marx, the virulent antisemite, wrote in 1843 "On the Jewish Question," linking Jews to capitalism, the main enemy of Marx’s communist utopia to come.

A millennium of history tells us that the Islamists are far more likely to toss the hard-left off rooftops than they are to share power with the godless, and that the Constitution will take on a complexion that matches Sharia.

It is Cloward-Piven 2.0. New ways to crash the system so they can point to free enterprise as a demonstrated failure and then build back from the rubble with communism. As Saul Alinski taught, Only when people are in deepest despair will they reach out for the new way.

I will argue, not to worry.
The sanctuary concept has permitted dilution of the City State populations. This dilution has resulted in change that is on the whole negative. The cost is humongous. There is no way to pay for the sanctuary dilutions that has turned out to be pollution
The illegals are being rounded up and deported in lerge and disruptive numbers. The result of these disruptives is quite harmful.
This summer is merely the beginning of the sanctuary dissolution. It is going to continue at different levels that will eventually result in indictments for employers and even judges and lawyers attempting to defend them.
