This is about setting, settling political scores. That has nothing to do with any of that. This actually has to do with restoring the rule of law and the equal application of the law.
You know, John Brennan, of his own, of everything that we're seeing now, went out of his way to include the fake Steele dossier, which he knew was fake, in that 2017 ICA to legitimize that document so it could be justifiably used to target the duly elected president of the United States, Donald Trump. And then James Comey and Andrew McCabe and James Baker, who was the general counsel of the FBI, knowingly used the fake Steele dossier, not once, not twice, four times to secure those FISA warrants to backdoor spying on Donald Trump. This is a gross and egregious abuse of power and of trust, and I would consider highly illegal acts.

Restore law and order and abolish the corruption and decadence that almost destroyed the USA. Restore America to ascendancy and good, honest government. If that requires prison sentences for corrupt government officials, so be it, but it has nothing to do with revenge.
As for "settling scores" leave 'em to heaven.
President Trump is magnanimous. He is not vindictive or vengeful, and he has no interest in "settling scores".
Democrats accuse him of such because, were they in his position, that's exactly what they would be. It's all projection. They cannot understand honesty, benevolence, magnanimity, or the sterling principles which are the foundation of the American Republic. If they could, they would not be Democrats in the first place.

The “new evidence” has to be such that reasonable due diligence couldn’t and/or wouldn’t reveal it back when the Statute of Limitations was still in force and effect.

If this was about settling scores, then with all the prosecutions Trump has endured, he has a lot of ground to make up. And they know it.
